The Research On The Role Of CircRNA-ZFR Molecular Pathway In The Malignant Proliferation Of Glioblastoma | | Posted on:2022-03-20 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:X Su | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2504306515980869 | Subject:Surgery (neurosurgery) | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | ObjectiveMore and more studies have shown that circular RNA is closely related to the occurrence and development of glioblastoma.In this study,we discovered a new tumor suppressor circular RNA circ-ZFR and explored its potential mechanism of action in glioblastoma.MethodFirstly,the construction of glioma tissue microarray;secondly,the research value of circ-ZFR in glioblastoma was predicted through circular RNA microarray and CGGA database;thirdly,the expression of circ-ZFR in glioblastoma and normal brain samples was quantified by q RT-PCR;lastly,the possible role of circ-ZFR was explored in the proliferation,invasion,migration and apoptosis of glioblastoma cells through the establishment of in vitro cell function design experiments.ResultThe expression level of circ-ZFR in glioblastoma tissues was significantly lower than that in normal brain tissues by q RT-PCR.Using two glioblastoma cell lines,we found that overexpressed circ-ZFR inhibited the proliferation and invasion of glioblastoma cells,and induced cell apoptotic rate compared with the empty vector group and the blank control group.ConclusionMicroarray technology and CGGA database are effective tools for studying glioma.Overexpressed circ-ZFR can significantly inhibit the malignant progression of glioblastoma and may become a new therapeutic target for glioblastoma. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Glioblastoma, circ-ZFR, proliferation, invasion, migration, apoptosis | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
