Objective: By measuring the specific muscle strength values of the affected limb and the uninfected limb of the patient with Cerebral Stroke movement disorder(Dyskinesia),the patient’s“Ipsilateral/Uninfected muscle strength ratio” was calculated。Analyze the obtained data so that the patient’s muscle strength and changes in muscle strength can be quantified and visualized.Provide accurate muscle strength value and muscle strength change evaluation for clinical stroke dyskinesia patients,and provide clinical reference and practical guidance for the diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation of stroke dyskinesia patients.At the same time,analyze the correlation between muscle strength value and muscle strength ratio and muscle strength classification.Establish a correlation with the commonly used clinically Lovett muscle strength classification and the "Upper Extremity Movement" section of the National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS score).Provide ideas and methodological references for the cross-space transmission and sharing of disease information.Method:Relying on the instrument provided by Guangxi Jiugaohe Intelligent Technology Co.,Ltd.(Celikang patent number:202011218709.0),the clinical trial was carried out after obtaining the approval of the ethics committee of the Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College.A continuous collection of ischemic stroke patients with dyskinesias in the inpatient department of the Department of Neurology,Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College,from January1,2020 to January 31,2021.From the first day of hospitalization,at the same time every day,evaluate the patient’s Lovett muscle strength classification and NIHSS “upper limb movement” score,and then use force measuring instruments to measure the specific muscle strength values of the affected limb and the uninhibited limb Continue to measure and record until the patient is discharged.Using the storage and memory function of the instrument itself,we can view the changes of each patient’s muscle strength with the hospitalization,and describe the trend,and evaluate the patient’s treatment and prognostic outcome.Using SPSS software(version 23.0)for statistical analysis,the ratio of the affected limb to the uninfected limb was finally obtained,and the trend of the ratio with the hospitalization was drawn.At the same time,the correlation between the muscle strength value,muscle strength ratio and muscle strength classification is analyzed,and it is compared with the commonly used clinically Lovett muscle strength classification and the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS score)."Sports" section to establish related links.Result:The muscle strength of 166 patients with ischemic stroke in the Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College was measured,and they were grouped according to the Lovett muscle strength grading evaluation.The results were: patients with grade 0 and grade 1 muscle strength showed that their muscle strength was 0 Newton on the dynamometer(0 N),46 patients with grade 2 muscle strength,the average muscle strength of the affected limb after the summary was16.36 N(SD=8.51,95%CI: 13.80-18.88),the muscle strength of the affected side and the muscle strength of the contralateral side The average ratio was 15.73%(SD=7.71%,95%CI: 13.44-18.02%);48patients with grade 3 muscle strength,the average of the ipsilateral muscle strength of the pooled analysis was 56.42 N(SD=20.68,95%CI): 50.26-62.56),the ratio of the muscle strength of the affected side to the muscle strength of the contralateral side is 56.56%(SD=11.54%,95%CI: 53.13-59.98%);correspondingly,grade 4 muscle strength has its own corresponding muscle strength The ratio of value to muscle strength.After grouping according to the NIHSS "Upper Extremity Movement" score,the average muscle strength of the affected side of patients with 0 points was 103.63 N(SD=30.01,95%CI:90.33-116.94),and the ratio of the affected side’s muscle strength to the healthy side’s muscle strength was 88.82 %(SD=5.57%,95%CI:86.35-91.29%);the muscle strength value of the 1 point patient is 62.19N(SD=19.74,95%CI: 53.43-70.94),the muscle strength ratio is66.11%(SD= 8.17%,95%CI: 62.49-69.73%).Correspondingly,patients with NIHSS scores of 2 and 3 have their respective muscle strength to muscle strength ratios.At the same time,with continuous treatment,the patient’s condition of the affected side limbs generally shows a trend of improvement,and the "Impended side/Unhealthy side muscle strength ratio" shows an increasing trend as the treatment time extends.Conclusion: By measuring,counting,and calculating the ratio of the affected limb to the uninhibited limb of patients with ischemic stroke,the muscle strength and muscle strength changes of the patient’s limbs can be quantified and visualized.The form of "contralateral muscle strength ratio" corresponds to the current Lovett muscle strength grading and NIHSS score.Compared with Lovett muscle strength grading and NIHSS score,the sensitivity of muscle strength is better.It has guiding significance for clinical treatment decision and prognosis evaluation of ischemic stroke dyskinesia,and it is worthy of further clinical research and promotion.
