| Objective:To explore the clinical significance of clinical Chinese pharmacists in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis in the Spleen and Gastric Department of Heilongjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and to improve the rationality of TCM clinical medication.During the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis by clinical Chinese pharmacists in the Splenic and Gastric Department of TCM,they explored the services provided by traditional Chinese medicine to patients in clinical pharmacies and the work content of clinical Chinese pharmacists.The role of clinical Chinese pharmacists is mainly to reduce the adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine.To provide scientific and standardized treatment ideas for TCM clinical practice,to provide patients with more advanced treatment schemes,to explore reasonable,effective and safe drug use methods,and strive to achieve personalized drug use,improve the level of doctors’ drug use,and better serve patients.It reflects the positive effect of clinical Chinese pharmacy on clinical medicine and further develops and improves clinical Chinese pharmacy.Methods:A total of 400 TCM prescriptions(decoction pieces)were randomly selected from outpatients with chronic atrophic gastritis in the Splenic and Gastroenterology Department(Gastroenterology Department)of Xiangfang and Sanfu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Heilongjiang Province from January 2019 to December 2020.This paper reviews the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine and makes a statistical analysis of the results of the comment.Combined with the statistical results of the prescription of decoction pieces,it tries to summarize the drug use rules in the clinical treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.The commonly used traditional Chinese medicine Pinellia pinellia and tangerine peel were analyzed.At the same time,64 patients with atrophic gastritis who were hospitalized in the Department of Gastroenterology were selected.The inpatients were divided into intervention group and control group by random number table method,with 32 patients in each group.The clinical indicators of patients who were provided with clinical pharmacy service in the intervention group and control group were compared with those of patients who were not provided with TCM clinical pharmacy service.Results:There are still many problems in the prescription of Chinese medicine,which should be paid enough attention.A total of 400 TCM prescriptions were extracted,and 54 prescriptions were found to be unqualified.In the intervention group where clinical Chinese pharmacists provided TCM clinical pharmacy service,the treatment effect of chronic atrophic gastritis was significantly higher than that of the control group which did not provide TCM clinical pharmacy service.(1)After doctors’ treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs scores of both the intervention group and the control group were improved,but the intervention group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P< 0.05;(2)After treatment by physicians,the individual TCM symptom scores of both the intervention group and the control group were lower than before treatment,and the intervention group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P< 0.05;(3)After doctors’ treatment,the overall TCM syndrome scores of both the intervention group and the control group were lower than before treatment,and the intervention group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P< 0.05;(4)After doctors’ treatment,the total effective rate of the intervention group was 87.44%,and the total effective rate of the control group was76.67%.The total effective rate of intervention group was higher than that of control group.Conclusion:By our hospital outpatient prescription of traditional Chinese medicines of chronic atrophic gastritis review,found the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine clinical prescription there are a lot of problems,the hospital should strengthen the pharmacist in the dispensing process of traditional Chinese medicine "four10" for,if you have no grounds for the doctor also issued excessive timely communication with the doctor.Hospital should also increase the clinical herbalists to Chinese traditional medicine the doctor prescribed prescription comment on the service,to do everything from patients,the clinical pharmacy service not only to educate them some common sense to let patients to drugs have a correct understanding of common sense,but also to consider the mood of patients and their families,to avoid some unnecessary anxiety,guides them to improve medication adherence.After patients are discharged from hospital,they should be followed up by telephone on time to accurately record their recovery degree,recovery process and follow-up medication,so as to provide valuable reference for clinicians and nurses.Through the clinical Chinese pharmaceutical care provided by clinical pharmacists during the treatment of patients,it was found that it could promote rational drug use in clinical practice and improve the clinical efficacy of patients.Therefore,the development of clinical pharmaceutical care of traditional Chinese medicine is helpful to improve the medical level of our hospital,and provide a good guarantee for the safe,reasonable,accurate and efficient drug use of patients,as well as their life and health. |
