Clinical Observation Of Modified Danggui Yinzi In Treating Chronic Urticaria Of Yin And Blood Deficiency Type

Objective : To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of modified Danggui Yinzi in the treatment of chronic urticaria with yin and blood deficiency,and to explore the clinical efficacy of modified Danggui Yinzi in the treatment of chronic measles.Methods : A total of 60 patients with chronic urticaria who were treated in Nangang Branch of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for a certain period of time and were diagnosed as yin-blood deficiency syndrome were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group(modified Danggui Yinzi)and the control group(ebastine)according to the random number table method.Thirty patients in each group were treated for four weeks.The changes of observation indexes,clinical symptom scores and follow-up indexes were recorded,and the statistical analysis was performed from the aspects of curative effect,adverse reactions and recurrence rate.Results :1.The scores of clinical symptoms(pruritus,number of wind masses,wind mass diameter,attack frequency,duration and degree of edema)after treatment in the treatment group and the control group were statistically compared and analyzed,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.It shows that the treatment group is significantly better than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms of chronic urticaria with insufficient Yin blood.2.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,12 cases were cured,9cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective;the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%,6 cases were cured,and 5 cases were markedly effective.11 cases were effective and 8 cases were ineffective.The curative effect results were statistically compared,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of treatment effect.3.Analyzing the dermatological quality of life index(DLQI),the quality of life of the two groups of patients has improved.After testing and analysis,P<0.01,the difference is statistically significant,indicating that the improvement of the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group..4.Comparing the recurrence rate after follow-up,the treatment group(2 cases)was less than the control group(9 cases),and the difference was statistically significant at P<0.05 after inspection and analysis.Conclusion :1.Modified Danggui Yinzi can improve the clinical symptom score of chronic urticaria of yin-blood deficiency type.2.It is safe and effective to treat chronic urticaria of yin-blood deficiency with modified Danggui Yinzi.
