| Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation and simple electroacupuncture in the treatment of common peroneal nerve palsy.Through comparative studies, analyze the differences in clinical efficacy and provide more effective treatments for the clinic.Method:Sixty patients with common peroneal nerve palsy meeting the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.30 cases in each group. Both groups of patients received basic drug treatment, the control group received electroacupuncture alone, and the observation group received electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy. The two groups of patients were compared before and after treatment with ankle joint active dorsiflexion angle, common peroneal nerve conduction velocity, motor and sensory function rating, and SPSS23.0 was used for data analysis to evaluate the efficacy.Results:1.Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients in terms of ankle joint active dorsiflexion angle, common peroneal nerve conduction velocity and motor and sensory function rating(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.After treatment, the ankle joint active dorsiflexion angle, common peroneal nerve conduction velocity, motor and sensory function rating of the two groups of patients were improved compared with before treatment. There were differences within the groups(P<0.05).Compared between the groups, the observation group was better than the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was90.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients is significantly different, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation and electroacupuncture alone for the treatment of common peroneal nerve palsy can promote the recovery of common peroneal nerve function, improve motor and sensory functions, and improve clinical symptoms.2.The efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation in the treatment of common peroneal nerve palsy is better than that of electroacupuncture alone, and the curative effect is significant, suitable for clinical promotion. |
