Research On The Supply And Demand Situation And Optimization Path Of Medical And Nursing Combined Elderly Care Service In Taiyuan City

According to the results of the latest seventh national census,there are 260 million people aged 60 or above,accounting for 18.7%,of which 190 million are aged 65 or above.In the process of aging in our country,the concern for the elderly pension problem is also a key topic in recent years,and the construction of China’s pension system also needs to be continuously optimized.The problem of providing for the aged is related to the basic people’s livelihood.The realization of "medical care for the elderly" and "security for the elderly" is a key module in the construction of people’s livelihood in the process of continuous development in China at this stage.But the current pension mode is still reflected in the traditional family pension mode or go to some pension institutions to solve the basic needs of the elderly living in terms of clothing,food,housing and transportation.Generally speaking,the existing pension service is relatively single,and the quality of pension service is still relatively low.With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the demand for pension services has gradually risen to the level of medical quality,service quality and pension specialization,but the existing service supply does not match the pension demand of the elderly.In China,the pension model of "combination of medical care and pension" is constantly advocated,but at this stage,the development of this aspect in China is still in the exploratory stage,and the combination model of medical facilities,medical provision and pension service is still constantly explored and optimized.The combination of medical care and pension needs to be deepened in China.In the construction of the pension model of "combination of medical care and pension",we need to analyze the pension needs of the elderly and the current pension supply,analyze the "lack" of provision,and improve the optimization of medical pension.This paper focuses on the "combination of medical and nursing" elderly care service in Taiyuan City,using the research methods of normative research and questionnaire survey,to understand the current situation of the implementation of the "combination of medical and nursing" service system in Taiyuan City,Shanxi Province.Through the combination of reasonable research methods,the questionnaire was issued,and the results of the questionnaire were collected and analyzed.The specific services used for the combination of medical care and pension in Taiyuan at the present stage were analyzed.The demand for pension,the mode of pension,the combination of medical services and pension services were analyzed,and the main supply level was analyzed.At the same time,in the process of investigation and analysis to understand the main needs of the combination of medical care and pension in Taiyuan at this stage.On the premise of understanding the supply situation and demand,this paper summarizes the current situation of Taiyuan in Shanxi Province the overall situation of the "combination of medical and nursing" service in Taiyuan City,and analyzes the existing problems in the development of the "combination of medical and nursing" service in Taiyuan City,and optimizes the "combination of medical and nursing" pension service in Taiyuan city by combining the policy path,system path,talent path,capital path and other aspects.
