Objective:To compare and analyze Chinese new and old diagnostic criteria for rosacea.Methods:A total of 120 patients with rosacea diagnosed by 2 Associate Director of Dermatology or above according to the 2017 NRS standard classification and 120 patients with other facial skin diseases were enrolled.Their names,gender,age and clinical manifestations were counted.Their diagnosis was made according to The 2016 China Rosacea Diagnosis and Treatment Expert Consensus and the improved version of the Chinese Rosacea Diagnostic Criterion.Then compare and analyze the similarities and differences between the two diagnostic criteria.Results:The sensitivity and specificity of 2016 China Consensus were 95.83% and 63.33%,and the improved version of China Standard were 90.83% and 66.7%.The sensitivity and specificity of the two diagnostic criteria were compared respectively(sensitivity P=0.12,specificity P=0.45),there was no significant difference between them.The Kappa coefficient was 0.817(95%CI:0.741-0.893),P<0.001,suggesting a high degree of consistency between the two diagnostic criteria.Conclusion:The improved diagnostic criterion for rosacea is highly consistent with the diagnostic criterion of 2016 China Consensus,could be applied in clinical.The sensitivity and specificity need long-term clinical verification. |
