Objective:According to the assessment of patients’condition after anesthesia,a transport grading scheme based on corrected MEWS score was developed for early warning and transport.Relevant transport personnel and equipment were equipped according to the patient’s condition grading scheme, and the clinical application effect was discussed to provide a basis for reducing the risk of postoperative patient transport and ensuring the safety of transport.Methods:1.In this study, relevant contents of transport grading for patients after anesthetic surgery were determined by referring to guidelines, literature analysis and personal in-depth interview and the composition of transport grading and the specific contents of each item were discussed and preliminaries were designed;2.In this study, the focus expert group qualitative interview method was used for discussion, and expert opinions were summarized.Medical statistics method was used to analyze relevant data,to determine the specific items, and to establish a practical and scientific grading scheme for postoperative intra-hospital transport of patients;3.In this study,290 postoperative patients who met the inclusion criteria and underwent postoperative transport in a tertiary first-class hospital in Shanxi Province from September 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.Patients were grouped according to the order of time they entered the operating room.Postoperative patients meeting the inclusion criteria from September to October 2020 were taken as the control group, and postoperative patients meeting the inclusion criteria from November to December 2020 were taken as the experimental group.Patients in the control group were transported according to the traditional postoperative patient transport method, and patients in the experimental group were escorted according to the traditional postoperative patient transport grading scheme based on the corrected MEWS score.Through the analysis and comparison of the probability of adverse events, the overall duration of transport and the level of medical cooperation during the whole transport period after anesthesia between the two groups, the clinical application value of the constructed postoperative transport grading scheme was verified.SPSS 26.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of all data. The mean ± standard deviation(X±S)was used for statistical description of measurement data, and the statistical inference was calculated by the t test of two independent samples. The number of cases(n)and percentage(%)were used for statistical description of enumeration data,and,2 test or Fisher test was used for statistical inference. The test level was set as α=0.05,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results:The transport time to ward and ICU in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the overall incidence of adverse events in the trial group decreased from 29.66%to 10.34%during transport, and the adverse events decreased by 19.32%,among which the adverse events related to disease change decreased by 6.2%and technical adverse events decreased by 13.1%.The results showed that the incidence of adverse events of disease change and technology in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of the cooperation level of postoperative transport medical care in the control group was(97.10±5.58)points,and the total score of the experimental group was(101.90± 1.93)points.The comparative analysis between the two groups showed that the cooperation level of postoperative transport medical care in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that the standardized postoperative patient transport scheme effectively improved the level of medical cooperation.Conclusion:(1)In this study,a grading scheme for postoperative in-hospital transport was constructed based on corrected MEWS score, which met the clinical needs and provided reference for future studies on graded transport modes for postoperative patients.(2)In this study,a grading scheme for postoperative in-hospital transport of patients was constructed based on corrected MEWS score for clinical practice, which can reduce the incidence of adverse transport events, improve transport efficiency and increase the degree of medical cooperation, achieving good results and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
