Objective:The clinical characteristics and major allergens of 4621 outpatient allergic rhinitis cases from the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University for the three years from January 2018 to December 2020 were analyzed to provide evidence-based clinical guidance for better prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis cases in Shanxi Province in the future.Methods:Allergen-specific IgE antibodies were detected in vivo in patients with allergic rhinitis using an in vitro assay with the EUROLINE Atopy(China)(IgE)test kit,and the levels of allergen-specific IgE antibodies in patients’ sera were measured according to the step-by-step instructions provided. The data collected in the outpatient clinic were first sorted in an Excel sheet and statistically analyzed using the statistical software SPSS26.0.The count data were expressed as rate(%)using ?(17)test,and the difference was considered statistically significant at(49)< 0.05.Results:Of the total 4621 patients with allergic rhinitis in in the three years from January2018 to December 2020,the highest number of patients with positive grass and tree pollen-specific IgE antibody levels were detected, accounting for 45.21% of the total;43.26% of the total number of patients with positive food-specific IgE antibodies;19.76% of the total number of patients with positive dust mite-specific IgE antibodies;17.92% of the total number of patients with positive cat and dog dander-specific IgE antibodies Patients accounted for 17.92% of the total number of patients;mold-specific IgE antibody levels were the least positive, accounting for 8.31% of the total number of patients.Allergen sensitization in each year alone was consistent with the overall situation in the three years, with pollen always in first place, food in second place, dust mite in third place, cat and dog dander in fourth place, and mold in the least place. The age distribution of allergic rhinitis patients differed significantly, with a peak of 45.92%between the ages of 20 and 40,and a trend of increasing year by year. Conclusion:The main allergens of allergic rhinitis patients in the Shanxi Province area are grass and tree pollen.Allergies caused by cat and dog dander should not be ignored.Inhaled allergens predominate in the development of allergic rhinitis patients in the Shanxi Province region. The difference in the prevalence of AR patients in different age groups was statistically significant, and age may also be one of the reasons affecting the development of AR.Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of sublingual immunotherapy for seasonal allergic rhinitis in children and adolescents through Meta analysis. Methods:Online search of Chinese and English databases such as pubmed,EMBase,Medline,Cochrane library,CNKI,Weipu,Wanfang, etc.,and the search time was determined from1990.01 to 2020.06.Results:After searching the above databases,8 articles were included in this meta-analysis.Meta-analysis results show that: compared with the placebo group, the sublingual immunotherapy(SLIT)group can significantly improve the symptoms of patients[SMD=-0.29,95% CI(-0.37,-0.21),P<0.00001] and Reduce the use of symptomatic drugs [SMD=-0.20,95% CI(-0.29,-0.11),P<0.00001],the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.00001).The adverse reactions between the two groups were not statistically significant [OR=1.7,95% CI(0.64,4.53),P=0.29].Conclusion:Sublingual immunotherapy for children and adolescents with seasonal allergic rhinitis can significantly improve the symptoms and reduce the use of symptomatic drugs, and has good safety.
