| Objective:To explore the value of quantitative analysis in differential diagnosis of Sinonasal inverted papilloma(IP)and nasal polyps(NP)with spectral CT plain. Methods:Retrospectively analyze the nasal and paranasal sinus CT spectrum scan data of 18IP and 26 NP patients in our hospital, measured and compared the average CT value of each single energy level between 40 and 140 ke V(every 10 ke V levels),slope of energy spectrum curve between 40 and 100ke V(K40-100ke V),effective atomic number(Eff-Z),and the concentration of base material pairs. The ROC curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of parameters with statistical significance.Results:1.The average CT value of each single energy in the IP group was higher than that of the NP group at the level of 40-90ke V(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the average CT value of each single energy in the two groups at the level of 100-140ke V.2.The K40-100ke Vof the IP group were all higher than those of the NP group(P<0.05).3.The Eff-Z of the IP group were all higher than those of the NP group(P<0.05).4.The concentration of HAP(water),and blood(iron)in the IP group were all higher than those of the NP group(P<0.05),The concentration of water(HAP)in the NP group was higher than that in the IP group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in iron(blood)concentration between the IP group and the NP group(P>0.05);5.Eff-Z was of great value in distinguishing IP and NP,AUC=0.97,and the sensitivity to distinguish IP and NP was 88.9%,the specificity was 90.3%,and the optimal threshold was 8.15.Conclusion:IP and NP have different energy spectrum CT quantitative parameters, among which Eff-Z can more accurately reflect the pathological differences of the diseased tissues, which is helpful for the differential diagnosis of IP and NP.Conclusion:1.IP and NP have different energy spectrum CT quantitative parameters.2.Among the above multiple spectral parameters, which Eff-Z can more accurately reflect the pathological differences of the diseased tissues, which is helpful for the differential diagnosis of IP and NP. |
