| Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditionall surgery in uterine prolapse combined with vaginal wall prolapse.Methods:Retrospective analysis was performed on 164 patients who underwent transvaginal hysterectomy combined with anterior and posterior vaginal wall repair for uterine prolapse combined with vaginal wall prolapse)in the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from January 2010 to January 2018,the shortest follow-up time was 6 months and the longest 4 years.To analyze POP-Q score,PFDI-20 score,,postoperation recurrence rate and urinary incontinence.Results:Among the 164 patients,the subjective and objective cure rates were 91.25%(148/164)and 64.02%(105/164)respectively.In the 137 patients without urinary incontinence before the operation 14(10.22%)showed the symptom postoperation.Conclusion:The patients with moderate-to-severe uterine prolapse combined with vaginal wall prolapse treated by traditional surgery procedures have a high rate of subjective cure,significantly improving the quality of life of patients.Traditional surgery can be used as a surgical method to treat pelvic organ prolapse(POP). |
