Objective:The level of Th1,Th2,Th17 and Treg cells in patients with allergic rhinitis were detected. The purpose is to preliminary explore its role in the occurrence of AR and its relationship with the severity of symptoms in AR patients. Methods:Collected 60 patients diagnosed with allergic rhinitis in our hospital from October2018 to December 2019 as the test group, and scored the visual analog scale(VAS).At the same time,30 case in the physical examination center were randomly selected as control group. The levels of CD4~+T cell subsets were detected by flow cytometry.Spraeman was used to analyze the correlation between the VAS score and the above indicators.Results:1.The percentage of Th1 cells in the peripheral blood of the AR test group was(9.98±2.40)%,and the normal control group was(14.22±3.69)%.The test group increased Th1 cells compared with the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The percentage of Th2 cells in the peripheral blood of the AR test group was(8.08±1.61)%,and the normal control group was(1.91±0.75)%.The test group had an increase in Th2 cells compared with the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The percentage of Th17 cells in the peripheral blood of the AR test group was(1.58±0.75)%,and that of the normal control group was(0.77±0.30)%.The test group increased Th17 cells compared with the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The percentage of Treg cells in the peripheral blood of the AR test group was(2.52±0.1.20)%,and the normal control group was(6.02±2.00)%.Compared with the control group, the test group had fewer Treg cells, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The VAS score of the AR test group was negatively correlated with the level of Th1 cells in peripheral blood(r=-0.269,P=0.038),and positively correlated with the level of Th17 cells in the peripheral blood of patients(r=0.555,P<0.01),and was correlated with peripheral blood There is no obvious correlation between Th2 and Treg cell levels. Conclusion:In patients with allergic rhinitis,Th1 cells decreased,Th2 cells increased,Th17 cells increased and Treg cells decreased. The severity of symptoms in AR patients is closely related to the level of Th1 and Th17 cells in the peripheral blood.
