Objective:Through qualitative research to understand caregivers to take care of the intracranial aneurysm patients experience, and insight into the burden of caregivers to take care of the situation, for the caregiver burden level and influencing factors of quantitative lay a solid foundation, through detailed analysis of quantitative influence burden of caregivers to take care of patients with intracranial aneurysms, the main factors to reduce the burden of caregivers to take care of patients with intracranial aneurysms, caregivers to take care of skills, promote the intracranial aneurysm patients recover at an early date.Methods:(1)From March 2020 to April 2020,the purpose sampling method was adopted to select caregivers of patients with intracranial aneurysm in the neurosurgery department of a Grade A hospital in Taiyuan City as the research object.Semi-structured interview method was used to conduct detailed interviews with them.Colaizzi Phenological Method was used to collate and analyze the interview data and extract the theme.(2)Use the convenience sampling method to select in April 2020-October 2020shanxi a certain level of first-class hospital neurosurgery,144 cases of patients with intracranial aneurysm main caregivers as the research object,USES the general data questionnaire,Zrait burden scale(ZBI),social support rating scale(SSRS),hospital anxiety depression scale(HADS)investigating caregivers,by single factor analysis of variance, person correlation analysis, multiple linear regression,The level of caregivers’care burden and its influencing factors were analyzed.Results:(1)Qualitative research:six caring burden themes were extracted through the analysis of interview data:heavy psychological burden;Lack of patient care skills and knowledge;Worries about the future of life;Limited social interaction;Excessive economic pressure;Lack of social and family suport.(2)The quantitative study:the score of caring burden was(39.157.6),including 13cases(9.03%)with mild or no burden,39 cases(27.08%)with moderate burden, and 92cases(63.89%)with severe burden.Person correlation analysis showed that social support was negatively correlated with the burden of care(The r value was-0.215,P<0.01),while anxiety and depression were positively correlated with the burden of care(The r value was 0.486,P<0.01).Multiple linear regression showed that age of patients, payment method, postoperative complications, age of caregivers, education level, care time, relationship with patients, social support, anxiety and depression were the main risk factors affecting the level of care burden(R~2=0.662,F=34.846,P<0.01).Conclusion:Hospitals,families and society should attach great importance to the caregivers of patients with intracranial aneurysms mental and physical health and aiming at the existence of caregivers to take care of the burden,in time to take care of time,to provide assistance to the economic, effective psychological counseling, strengthen social support to take pertinent nursing intervention measures, such as ease the burden of care so as to improve the quality of care, promote patients recover.
