Objective:Through one-stop multimodal gadoxetate disodium-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging, diagnosis of liver disease, quantitative assessment of global liver function, research on the effectiveness of different imaging parameters in assessing global liver function,to provide reliable imaging evidence for patients with chronic liver disease regular follow-up treatment and liver cancer patients choose appropriate treatment methods.Methods:110 patients with normal liver function and cirrhosis were screened, and Child-Pugh classification was performed on patients with liver cirrhosis. All patients were analyzed before and after dynamic enhancement hepatobiliary-specific T1WI images and T1 mapping images.Obtain the overall liver relative enhancement(RE),liver-spleen signal ratio in hepatobiliary phase(SIliver/spleen),hepatobiliary phase liver to erector spinal muscle signal ratio(SIliver/muscle),and contrast enhancement index in terms of spleen and erector spinae(CEIliver/spleen,CEIliver/muscle);T1 relaxation time reduction rate(ΔT1)parameter;and bile duct signal intensity contrast ratio using erector spinae muscle as a reference standard(SIR).Investigate whether there are differences in overall liver function among different groups of parameters. All data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 statistical software.One-way analysis of variance was used for the data that satisfies independence, normality, and homogeneity of variance in each group, and the Tukey HSD method or Scheffe method was used according to whether the sample size of each group was the same or not.Pairwise comparisons between groups, otherwise the Kruskal-Wallis H test was used to analyze the overall differences between groups, and the Bonferroni method was used for pairwise comparisons between groups. The inspection levelα=0.05.Results:A total of 110 cases were included in the study, including 69 male patients and 41 female patients, aged 29 to 83 years old, with an average age of(55±11)years old. There were 42cases of normal liver function(group N),35 cases of Child-Pugh A(group A),22 cases of Child-Pugh B(group B),and 11 cases of Child-Pugh C(group C).Except for pre-enhancement signal intensity and SIliver/spleen,the differences in the median or mean of other indicators in the 4 groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).RE in normal liver function group is higher than Child-Pugh A,B,C groups, and Child-Pugh A group is higher than C group;the signal intensity of normal liver function group after enhancement is higher than Child-Pugh B,C groups,Child-Pugh A group is higher than C group; The SIliver/muscle of the normal liver function group is higher than that of the Child-Pugh C group;the CEIliver/spleen,CEIliver/muscle of normal liver function group and the Child-Pugh A group were higher than the Child-Pugh C group. The differences in the median and mean of T1pre,T1post,andΔT1in the 4 groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).T1post of normal liver function group is lower than that of Child-Pugh A,B,and C groups, and Child-Pugh A group is lower than Child-Pugh B,C groups;normal liver function groupΔT1 is higher than that of Child-Pugh B,C groups, and Child-Pugh A group is higher than Child-Pugh C group;T1pre only had a statistically significant difference between the normal liver function group and Child-Pugh B group(P<0.05).The differences of the common bile duct signal intensity and median SIR of the 4 groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The signal intensity of the common bile duct in the normal liver function group is higher than that of Child-Pugh B and C groups, and the Child-Pugh A group is higher than that of the Child-Pugh C group;SIR is higher in the normal liver function group than Child-Pugh A group and Child-Pugh A group is higher than Child-Pugh C group.Conclusion:One-stop multimodal Gadolinium-ethoxybenzyl-diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging, which can accurately and quantitatively evaluate the global liver function.Among them, the relative enhancement and the enhanced T1 relaxation time are effective in accurately assessing the global liver liver function. It can be used as the optimal parameter to evaluate liver function, and can provide reliable imaging basis for patients with chronic liver disease regular follow-up treatment and patients with liver cancer selection of appropriate treatment methods. Objective: Through one-stop multimodal gadoxetate disodium-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging, diagnosis of liver disease, quantitatively evaluate the liver function of each liver segment through imaging parameters, reflecting the difference in liver function of each liver segment,to provide accurate imaging basis for patients with chronic liver disease individualized treatment. Methods: 110 patients with normal liver function and cirrhosis were screened, and Child-Pugh classification was performed on patients with liver cirrhosis. All patients were analyzed before and after dynamic enhancement hepatobiliary-specific T1 WI images and T1 mapping images.Obtain the overall liver relative enhancement(RE),liver-spleen signal ratio in hepatobiliary phase(SIliver/spleen),hepatobiliary phase liver to erector spinal muscle signal ratio(SIliver/muscle),and contrast enhancement index in terms of spleen and erector spinae(CEIliver/spleen,CEIliver/muscle);T1 relaxation time reduction rate(ΔT1)parameter.Investigate whether there are differences liver function in differert liver segments among different groups of parameters. The inspection level α = 0.05.Results: A total of 110 cases were included in the study, including 69 male patients and 41 female patients, aged 29 to 83 years old, with an average age of(55±11)years old. There were 42 cases of normal liver function(group N),35 cases of Child-Pugh A(group A),22 cases of Child-Pugh B(group B),and 11 cases of Child-Pugh C(group C).Among the five signal strength parameters of RE,SIliver/spleen,SIliver/muscle,CEIliver/spleen,and CEIliver/muscle,the parameters of SIliver/spleen and SIliver/muscle are divided into eight liver segments in all groups(P<0.05),and under different liver function classifications, there are several liver segments showing differences in liver function. While the three parameters of RE,CEIliver/spleen,and CEIliver/muscle are only in the normal liver function group, some liver segments showed differences. The three T1 relaxation time parameters:T1pre,T1 post, and ΔT1,had no statistically significant difference in the median or mean of each liver segment in all groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: One-stop multimodal Gadolinium-ethoxybenzyl-diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging, which can quantitatively evaluate the liver function of different liver segments through imaging parameters. The two parameters of SIliver/spleen and SIliver/muscle can accurately assess the differences of each liver segment. In terms of efficiency,it can be used as the optimal parameter to distinguish the differences in liver function of each liver segment.
