Objective:Nutrition risk screening 2002(NRS 2002)and patient subjective overall nutritional assessment(PG-SGA)were used to assess the nutritional status of inpatients with ovarian cancer in our hospital before the initial treatment(admission time ≤48h).According to the survey results,it is clear whether the patient has nutritional risk and current nutritional status, and the analysis is based on NRS2002,PG-SGA scores and age, tumor pathological type, clinicopathological stage,BMI,PNI,serum albumin, hemoglobin level, three heads The correlation of factors such as musculocutaneous fold thickness, upper arm circumference and calf circumference provide a clinical basis for the subsequent nutritional treatment. Methods:The survey was conducted by uniformly trained medical staff within 48 hours of the patient’s admission to collect relevant data, including age, tumor pathological type, clinicopathological stage, height, weight, triceps skinfold thickness, upper arm circumference, calf circumference,Blood routine and biochemical test results collected on an empty stomach.Calculate body mass index(BMI)and prognostic nutritional index(PNI)respectively. The NRS 2002 and PG-SGA scales were used to assess the nutritional status of patients with ovarian cancer. If it is the first treatment, the clinicopathological data will be collected after the diagnosis is confirmed by histopathological results.Analyze NRS2002,PG-SGA scores and the patient’s age, tumor pathological type, clinicopathological stage,BMI,PNI,serum albumin, hemoglobin level, triceps skinfold thickness, upper arm circumference and calf circumference and other factors Relevance.Using NRS 2002 score as a state variable(gold standard),the sensitivity and specificity of PG-SGA in evaluating the risk of malnutrition in patients with ovarian cancer were analyzed. Results:This study selected ovarian cancer patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Department of Gastroenterology Oncology, and Department of Urogenital Oncology of Shanxi Bethune Hospital from August 2020 to January 2021.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,112 cases of ovarian cancer were finally included.patient.The age range of 112 patients was 25-72 years old,of which 97 cases(86.6%)were younger than 65 years old,and 15 cases were ≥65 years old(13.4%);according to tumor pathological type: 81 cases(72.3%)of ovarian serous carcinoma, ovarian mucus There were 17 cases(11.6%)of sex cancer and 18 cases(16.1%)of other types;according to tumor stage: 52 cases(46.4%)of stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ,60 cases(53.6%)of stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ.Grouped by NRS 2002 scores: 67 cases(59.8%)scores less than 3 points,45 cases(40.2%)scores ≥3 points;NRS 2002 scores are related to BMI and calf circumference, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference from the patient’s age, tumor clinicopathological stage,PNI,serum albumin, hemoglobin level,TSF and upper arm circumference(P≥0.05).Grouped by PG-SGA scores: 27 cases(24.1%)scores less than 4 points,85 cases(75.9%)scores ≥4points.The PG-SGA score was not significantly different from age and TSF(P≥0.05);it was related to tumor pathological type, tumor clinicopathological stage,BMI,PNI,serum albumin, hemoglobin, upper arm circumference and calf circumference, and the difference was statistically significant Academic significance(P<0.05).According to the NRS 2002 score as the state variable(gold standard),and the PG-SGA score as the test variable to draw the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve, the sensitivity of PG-SGA is 1.00,the specificity is 0.403,the Youden index is0.403,and the accuracy is It was 64.3%.Conclusion:Using PG-SGA to assess the nutritional status of ovarian cancer, the incidence of malnutrition was 75.9%(85/112),and the incidence of severe malnutrition was 29.4%(33/112).The PG-SGA score is related to the tumor pathological type, clinicopathological stage,BMI,PNI,serum albumin, hemoglobin, upper arm circumference and calf circumference of patients with ovarian cancer, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),but it is different with age No statistical significance(P≥0.05).The sensitivity of PG-SGA score to the evaluation of nutritional status of patients with ovarian cancer is 1.00,indicating that compared with NRS 2002,PG-SGA is more sensitive to early recognition of patients with malnutrition.
