Objective:Youth is the age of high incidence of depression. This study selected young untreated patients with major depressive disorder as the research object to explore the positive, neutral and negative facial emotion recognition characteristics of patients with depression. Methods:Using a combination of investigation and behavioral experiments,a total of 24first-episode untreated adolescents with major depressive disorder were collected as the experimental group, and 28 matched healthy young adults were collected as the control group.Demographic information and clinically relevant scale data were collected, and the temporal emotion recognition paradigm was used to explore the differences in emotion recognition of different faces between young untreated patients with major depressive disorder and healthy young subjects. Results:The average score of HAMD in 24 untreated young patients with major depressive disorder was 35.17±4.22 points. The average score of emotional intelligence was 113.77±15.54,and the average score of executive function was131.65±17.23.After t test analysis, starting untreated young patients with major depression and starting treatment not only begotten not only child patients in terms of the degree of depression, emotional intelligence score differences statistically significant(p < 0.05),only child patients with major depression HAMD scores higher than the group not only,in terms of emotional intelligence, only children emotional perception, emotional expression in patients with major depression, others management, self management, total score lower than not only on the group.Analysis of reaction time results: 2(depression group, healthy group)×3(facial emotion properties: positive, neutral, negative)were used to conduct variance analysis of reaction time. The results showed that the main effect of facial emotion recognition task was significant(F=6.424,P < 0.05).The effect between groups was significant(F=5.328,P < 0.05);The interaction between groups and the face emotion recognition task was significant(F=4.617,P < 0.05).Analysis of accuracy results: The accuracy of 2 (depression group, healthy group)×3 (positive, neutral and negative face emotion)was analyzed by variance analysis. The results showed that the main effect of face emotion recognition task was significant(F=6.331,P < 0.05).The effect between groups was significant(F=6.721,P <0.05);The interaction between groups and the face emotion recognition task was significant(F=8.764,P < 0.05).Conclusion:There was no significant difference between the recognition of positive and neutral face emotions in the response time of the depressed patients and the healthy population. In the recognition of negative face emotions, the response time of the depressed patients was prolonged, indicating that the response time of the depressed patients to negative emotional stimuli was specific; There is a significant difference in the accuracy of positive and negative face emotion recognition between patients with depression and healthy people, indicating that patients with depression are specific in the accuracy of positive and negative face emotion recognition; After analyzing the probability that patients with depression misidentify neutral face emotions as other emotions,it is found that patients with depression tend to identify neutral face as negative face, which is also the manifestation of abnormal emotion recognition of depression. |
