Objective:Objective to observe the visual analogue scale(VAS),current pain intensity(PPI),pain rating index(PRI),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA 14),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD 24)scores and clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Ying point of Yang Meridian in the treatment of post-stroke thalamic pain,so as to provide a more effective prescription for acupuncture treatment of post-stroke thalamic pain. Methods:A total of 60 patients with post-stroke thalamalgia were randomly divided into the Xi-cleft Point of Yang Meridians group and conventional acupuncture group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. In the conventional acupuncture group, the conventional acupoints were selected to treat the meridians and collateral points of stroke. In the Xi-cleft Point of Yang Meridians group,on the basis of the control group, the Xi-cleft Point of three yang meridians of hand and foot, the Xi-cleft Point of yangwei meridian, the Xi-cleft Point of Yang Heel Vessel were increased. Both groups were treated once a day from Monday to Saturday for 4 weeks.Ensure that other factors in the research process, the same before and after treatment to observe two groups of Visual analogue scale(VAS),Present pain intensity(PPI),Pain rating index(PRI),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA14)scores,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD24)score and clinical curative effect, adopt SPSS21.0 statistical software for all evaluation data for statistical analysis. Results:Compared with the conventional acupuncture group, there is no statistical significance in gender, age and disease course in the Yangjing Xi-Cleft Point group, which is comparable between the groups.VAS score,PPI score,PRI score,HAMA14 score and HAMD24 score were compared before and after treatment in all groups(P < 0.01).After treatment, there were significant differences in VAS score,PPI score,PRI score,HAMA14 score,HAMD24 score in the Xi-cleft Point of Yang Meridians group compared with the conventional acupuncture group(P < 0.01),and there were significant differences in the clinical efficacy of the Xi-cleft Point of Yang Meridians group compared with the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.01).Conclusions:1.It is found in this study that acupuncture has a good clinical effect on the pain relief of post-stroke thalamic pain.2.Compared with the conventional acupuncture group, the Xi-cleft Point of Yang Meridians group has a more significant curative effect, which can significantly alleviate pain and anxiety and depression symptoms, and is safe with no adverse reactions.3.From the perspective of clinical practicality, this study has verified the theory of "the Xi-cleft Point of Yang Meridians mostly treat pain syndrome" as set out in "A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion",providing a more effective combination prescription for acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke thalamic pain.
