Clinical Observation Of Five Methods Of Jiang’s Massage Combined With Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Atlantoaxial Joint Disorder Vertigo

Purposes:This study is aimed to observe and study the changes before and after treatment of patients with atlantoaxial joint disorder vertigo by combining Jiang’s five-step method with acupuncture.Exploring the advantages of the treatment of atlantoaxial joint disorder vertigo in Jiang’s five-step method with acupuncture in clinic,providing new ideas and methods for treatment on atlantoaxial joint disorder vertigo.Research methodsWe collected 60 patients with atlantoaxial joint disorder type vertigo patients from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine.This is a prospective,randomized,controlled study.They were radomly divided into two groups,observation group(Jiang’s five-step method combined with acupuncture group)and control group(conventional massage combined with acupuncture group),each group has 30 patients.Once a day,10 times for 1 course of treatment,and 2 courses in total.Comparing the data of variance bilateral lateral atlanto-dental space difference,vertigo score and vertebrobasilar artery blood flow.The comparability and difference of results before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Research results1.The two groups of patients were statistically analyzed in terms of gender,age,and stage of disease.The statistical analysis showed no significance and have comparability.2.Analysis of the variance bilateral lateral atlanto-dental space difference,after treatment,the experimental values of the two groups were declined compared to before treatment,compared with control group,observation group was more obviously superior.Analysis of TCD examination of the vertebrobasilar artery blood flow and evaluation of the effect of vertigo score,after treatment,the experimental values of the two groups were increased compared to before treatment,compared with control group,observation group was more obviously superior,the difference was statistically significant.3.In the observation group,2 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were improved,and 4 case was ineffective.In the control group,0 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were improved,and 9 cases were ineffective.The data analysis of the observation group shows that the total effective rate is 86.67%,and the data analysis of the control group shows that the total effective rate is70.00%.The two groups of data were tested by rank sum test,the difference was statistically significant.Analysis conclusion:1.Jiang’s five-step method combined with acupuncture can significantly reduce the atlantodental space difference after the clinical treatment.In the important aspect of correcting joint dislocation,Jiang’s five-step method combined with acupuncture is significantly better than conventional treatment.2.Jiang’s five-step method combined with acupuncture can significantly improve the symptoms of vertigo of tlantoaxial joint disorder type vertigo patients,restore the normal function of atlantoaxial joint,the effect of clinical treatment is better than that of conventional manipulation..3.Jiang’s five-step method combined with acupuncture can improve the blood flow velocity of the cervical vertebral-basal artery system,which is significantly better than that of conventional methods.
