perspective of metabonomics.Method: Firstly construct a rat model of myocardial ischemia,measure and observe the electrocardiogram to confirm the success of the model;then use the ELISA method to detect the myocardial enzyme CK-MB level,SOD activity and MDA content in the rat serum,and combine the myocardial tissue pathological section to further the model Verification,while observing the changes in related indicators of rats after acupuncture treatment to determine the effectiveness of acupuncture treatment.Secondly,serum samples of rats in the sham operation group,myocardial ischemia model rats(model group),and acupuncture group rats were collected,and the UPLC-Q-TOF-MSE analysis method was used to initially obtain the metabolic profile and original samples related to the biological samples.data.Multivariate statistical analysis is used to process the original data.The processed results are compared and identified one by one with the metabolites in the online database,and the endogenous small molecule metabolites in the biological sample are initially screened.On this basis,the secondary information of the MSE model is further used to verify and screen the structure and related information of the metabolites,and finally obtain the differential metabolites in the serum of the myocardial ischemia model rat and the sham operation group.To further process the data to obtain the metabolic pathway diagram related to the myocardial ischemia model;then to identify and screen the same different metabolites in the acupuncture group,and to study the endogenous metabolites in the serum of acupuncture myocardial ischemia model rats And the influence of metabolic pathways.Results:1.Establish a rat model of myocardial ischemia.The results show that the serum CK-MB level and MDA content of the model group are significantly higher than the sham operation group(P<0.01),and the SOD content is lower than the sham operation group(P<0.01).Acupuncture acylethanolamine(PE),phosphatidylcholine(PC),phosphatidylserine(PS),lysophosphatidylethanolamine or lysophospholipid(Lyso PE)increased,among which arachidonic acid,diacylglycerol,Metabolites such as bile acid,isoprostaglandins,lysophospholipids,leukotriene B5,diacylglycerol,and ceramide are closely related to metabolic pathways such as arachidonic acid metabolism,linoleic acid metabolism,glycerophospholipid metabolism,and bile acid metabolism.After acupuncture treatment,the related endogenous metabolites in the serum have a certain degree of callback,which proves that acupuncture can improve the body’s metabolic network by changing the body’s metabolite changes,thereby playing a regulatory role in reducing myocardial oxygen consumption and protecting myocardial cells.Conclusion: In this paper,coronary artery ligation is used to successfully establish a rat model of myocardial ischemia.After acupuncture treatment,it can effectively adjust the corresponding detection indicators and protect myocardial tissue.It also preliminarily proves that acupuncture is effective and feasible in the treatment of myocardial ischemia.Then use UPLC-Q-TOF/MSE technology combined with multivariate statistical analysis to screen and identify 34 small molecular metabolites related to myocardial ischemia.After data integration and analysis,it is found that they are related to glycerophospholipid metabolism,bile acid metabolism,peanut four Metabolism of enoic acid,linoleic acid,sphingolipid metabolism and other metabolic pathways are related,and the acupuncture group can adjust the differential metabolites in serum to different degrees through related metabolic pathways to further verify the effectiveness of acupuncture.The in-depth study of the mechanism of
