Objective: through the analysis of 60 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke disease clinically relevant data,TCM syndrome types in patients with acute ischemic stroke disease and the NT-proBNP serum, serum CRP and research between the infarction area, make a statistic analysis of the traditional Chinese medicine combined with modern omics research, lays the foundation for precision of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment, clinical diagnosis and treatment for acute ischemic stroke to provide preliminary theoretical basis for further ascension makes the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is scientific. Methods: General data including gender, age, onset time, serum NT-ProBNP and CRP levels, and imaging examinations were collected from 60 patients with acute ischemic stroke who met the requirements from December 2019 to October 2020.According to the standard of diagnosis and evaluation of apoplexy(trial)formulated by the national scientific research collaboration group of encephalopathy emergency of state administration of traditional Chinese medicine in 1996,TCM syndrome differentiation and classification were carried out.According to the clinical classification of OCSP,the infarct site was divided according to the area of anterior and posterior circulation.SPSS26.0 software was used to establish a database for data entry and sorting.Descriptive statistical analysis,chi-square test and T test were used for statistical analysis. Finally, the correlation between TCM syndrome types of acute ischemic stroke and serum NT-ProBNP,serum CRP level and infarct site was analyzed. Results: The TCM syndrome types,NT-ProBNP,CRP and infarct sites of 60 patients with acute ischemic stroke were statistically analyzed, and the following results were obtained:(1)In the three groups of acute ischemic stroke, there were 24 cases of TCM syndrome type,22 cases of wind-phlegm-stasis type,wind-fire disturbance type and Qi deficiency and blood-stasis type, respectively, accounting for 40%,36.7%and 23.3%,respectively.The proportion of wind-phlegm-stasis type in acute ischemic stroke was the largest, and the proportion of Qi deficiency and blood-stasis type was the smallest.(2)According to t test,P> 0.05 in gender and age of any two groups, there was no statistical significance in statistical analysis and comparison. There were no significant differences in wind and phlegm and blood stasis, wind and fire disturbance,Qi deficiency and blood stasis, and pairwise comparison of the control group. The level of NT-ProBNP and CRP was compared between acute ischemic stroke patients and healthy subjects. The independent sample t test showed that the P value was < 0.05,indicating a difference in the overall comparison. The overall F value of NT-ProBNP was 19.338,and the P value was less than 0.001.The overall comparison of CRP level F value was 8.195 and P value was 0.005.The serum NT-ProBNP and CRP levels in ischemic stroke patients were significantly higher than those in healthy subjects.(3)Pairwise comparison of serum NT-ProBNP levels between wind-phlegm-stasis type and wind-fire up-disturbance type(P = 0.403);Compared with Qi deficiency and blood-stasis,the P value of wind-phlegm-stasis type and Qi deficiency and blood-stasis type was 0.19,both P > 0.05,showing no statistical significance.Compared with the type of Qi deficiency and blood stasis, the P value is 0.047,P value < 0.05,there is a statistical difference.Pairable comparison of serum CRP levels: the P value was 0.891 between the wind and fire disturbance type and the Qi deficiency and blood stasis type, showing no statistical difference. The P value of wind-phlegm-stasis type was 0.012 compared with wind-fire up-disturbance type. The P value of wind phlegm and blood stasis type was 0.019 compared with that of qi deficiency and blood stasis type, both P values were <0.05,showing a statistical difference.(4)In acute ischemic stroke, there were 48 cases of anterior circulatory cerebral infarction, accounting for 70%,and 18 cases of posterior circulatory ischemic stroke, accounting for 30%.Descriptive statistics were carried out on the syndrome types of acute ischemic stroke with anterior circulation and posterior circulation. The results showed that there were 20 cases of acute ischemic stroke with wind, phlegm and stasis, accounting for 47.6% of each syndrome type of anterior circulation stroke, and 4 cases of acute ischemic stroke with posterior circulation, accounting for 22.2% of each syndrome type of posterior circulation stroke. The descriptive statistics of the syndrome types of acute ischemic stroke with anterior circulation and posterior circulation were carried out.The results showed that in the acute ischemic stroke with anterior circulation, there were 12 cases of wind-fire syndrome, accounting for 28.6% of each syndrome type of anterior circulation stroke, and 10 cases of acute ischemic stroke with posterior circulation, accounting for 55.6% of each syndrome type of posterior circulation stroke.Descriptive statistics were carried out on the syndrome types of acute ischemic stroke of anterior and posterior circulation. The results showed that in the acute ischemic stroke of anterior circulation, there were 10 cases of Qi deficiency and blood stasis, accounting for 23.8% of each syndrome type of anterior circulation stroke, and 4 cases of acute ischemic stroke of posterior circulation, accounting for 22.2% of each syndrome type of posterior circulation stroke. The correlation analysis between each syndrome type and the pre and post acute cerebral infarction was carried out,and the chi-square test was conducted. The P value of wind-fire disturbance was 0.047,and the chi-square was 3.951,P< 0.05,which was statistically significant. The P values of wind phlegm and blood stasis and qi deficiency and blood stasis were >0.05,and there was no statistical significance. Conclusion: This paper is a study on the correlation between TCM syndrome types and serum NT-ProBNP and CRP levels in acute stage of ischemic stroke.Statistical analysis shows that:(1)Acute ischemic stroke was correlated with serum NT-ProBNP and CRP levels.Serum NT-ProBNP and CRP levels in patients with ischemic stroke were significantly higher than those in healthy subjects.(2)Among the syndrome types of acute ischemic stroke, the wind-phlegm-stasis type accounted for the largest proportion, while the Qi deficiency and blood-stasis type accounted for the smallest proportion.Three syndrome types in the group serum NT-proBNP level from high to low in turn is: wind fire disturbance type > wind phlegm and blood stasis resistance type > deficiency of blood stasis type.(3)There is a correlation between the TCM syndromes in the acute stage of ischemic stroke and the location of cerebral infarction. The proportion of cerebral infarction in the acute stage of anterior circulation was higher than that in the acute stage of posterior circulation. In this study, there was a statistical difference in the acute stage of anterior and posterior circulation cerebral infarction with the syndrome of fire disturbance of stroke. The main syndromes of acute cerebral infarction in anterior circulation were wind-phlegm-stasis type, and the main syndromes of acute cerebral infarction in posterior circulation were wind-fire disturbance type.
