Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Speech Rehabilitation Training In The Treatment Of Motor Aphasia After Apoplexy

Objective: To observe the efficacy of acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation training in the treatment of post-apoplexy motor aphasia and speech rehabilitation alone,and compare the difference of clinical efficacy between the two methods.Methods: In this study,60 patients with motor aphasia after stroke were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was compared,30 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were treated according to the conventional treatment in the Department of Neurology.The treatment group was given acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation training,while the control group was given speech rehabilitation training alone,6 days a week,1 day off on Sunday,2 weeks as a course of treatment,continuous treatment for 4 courses.Chinese Aphasia Scale(ABC)and Functional Language Communication Ability Scale(CFCP)were used for assessment before and after treatment.Comparison and correlation analysis of the values in each scale were conducted before and after treatment within the group and between the groups after treatment.Results: 1.Comparison of general information : Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in age,course of disease and gender between the two groups(P >0.05),which showed comparability.2.Comparison of intra-group before and after treatment: ABC and CFCP scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than before treatment,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).3.Comparison between groups after treatment: the scores of ABC and CFCP in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment,with statistical significance(P <0.05);Conclusion: The efficacy of acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation training in the treatment of post-stroke motor aphasia is better than that of simple speech rehabilitation training,both of which are improved after treatment.In comparison,the efficacy of acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation training in the improvement of language function is more significant and better.
