Research On Cao Enze’s Experience In Treating Chronic Glomerulonephritis Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective: Application Clinical case acquisition system and case data processing system,combined with TCM syndrome differentiation and kidney pathological diagnosis,through data mining technology to analyze and summarize Professor Cao Enze’s medication rules and treatment experience in the treatment of chronic nephritis.Methods: The information of chronic nephritis patients diagnosed and treated by Professor Cao Enze in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine from October 2019 to January 2021 was recorded,SPSS 24.0software was used to analyze the treatment effect,The "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance data processing software" developed by the information center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine was used to conduct data mining research on the collected cases,Combined with pathological type analysis,Professor Cao’s medication characteristics,core prescription and experience of syndrome differentiation and treatment in the treatment of CGN were summarized.Results: A total of 331 cases were collected,a total of 1215 times of diagnosis,172 female patients,159 male patients,31-45 years old patients were the most common,involving 8 TCM syndrome types,8 pathological diagnosis results,the total effective rate was 79%,all the prescriptions contained 156 traditional Chinese medicine.Through the analysis of data mining,it is concluded that:1.The distribution of TCM syndrome types: dampness heat syndrome(21.3%),spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome(20.8%),water dampness syndrome(13.3%),liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome(13%),stasis and water syndrome(12.2%),Qi and yin deficiency syndrome(11.5%),spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome(4.3%),lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome(3.6%).2.Pathological diagnosis: Ig AGN(43.6%),MN(21.8%),FSGS(19.4%),Ms PGN(6.9%),PSGN/SGN(3%),MCD(2.7%),FGN(2.1%),MPGN(0.5%3.Drug frequency: in order of frequency,the top 10 were Astragalus membranaceus,cicada slough,scorpion,earthworm,Bombyx Batryticatus,corn whisker,Atractylodes lancea,Panax notoginseng,Amomum villosum and Smilax glabra.4.Drug taste and channel tropism: the drug properties are mostly mild,warm and cold,the drug taste is mostly sweet,bitter and bitter,and the channel tropism is mostly liver,spleen,lung,stomach and kidney.5.Common drug pairs:(1)Calcined keel,Oyster;(2)Motherwort,Tripterygium wilfordii;(3)Poria cocos,Moria God;(4)Cirsium japonicum,Cirsium japonicum;(5)Amomum villosum,Bergamot;(6)Euryale ferox,Rosa mining,Professor Cao Enze’s clinical experience is summarized as follows:1.Prof.Cao thinks that the basic pathogenesis of CGN is "deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney,dampness,heat and blood stasis accumulation",and the basic treatment is "clearing and tonifying method" of "invigorating spleen and kidney,clearing away heat and dampness,dispelling wind and dredging collaterals".4.Prof.Cao’s new prescription for CGN were Astragalus membranaceus,cicada slough,scorpion,earthworm,Bombyx Batryticatus,corn silk,Atractylodes lancea,Panax notoginseng,Amomum villosum,Smilax glabra,Euryale ferox,Curcuma and Rosa laevigata.The prescription for Ig AGN were Bombyx Batryticatus,Astragalus membranaceus,scorpion,corn silk,cicada slough,earthworm,Atractylodes lancea and gypsum.The prescriptions for MN were Atractylodes lancea,earthworm,Bombyx Batryticatus,cicada slough,Astragalus membranaceus,corn silk,Panax notoginseng,scorpion and poria cocos skin.The prescription for FSGS were corn silk,Panax notoginseng,earthworm,Astragalus membranaceus,Euryale ferox,scorpion,cicada slough,Atractylodes lancea and Bombyx Batryticatus.The prescription for Ms PGN were scorpion,Panax notoginseng,Astragalus membranaceus,cicada slough,Smilax glabra,earthworm,Atractylodes lancea,Bombyx Batryticatus and corn silk.5.The new prescriptions and commonly used drug pairs obtained in this study reflect Professor Cao Enze’s diagnosis and treatment ideas for CGN,indicating that the information obtained from data mining has clinical application value and guiding significance for clinical treatment of CGN.
