Research purpose:In this study,data mining technology was used to mine and analyze the medication rules of Zhou Dayong in regulating "fatigue type" sub-health,and the medication rules and clinical experience of Zhou Dayong were summarized。Research method:From November 2018 to January 2021,110 cases of fatigue sub-health patients were collected from the outpatient department of Zhou Dayong,director of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine.110 treatment prescriptions were included.The confirmed medical records collected from the outpatient department were entered into mrosoft excel 2010,It mainly includes name,gender,age,drug composition and other elements.The database of "patient medical record information" was established.The basic information,body shape,tongue and pulse frequency of 110 patients were statistically analyzed.The name,category and efficacy of 175 traditional Chinese medicines were standardized according to the standard of Chinese materia medica [1].The data were input in the form of binary variables "0" and "1"."0" means not used,"1" means used;in SPSS modeler 18.0,"1" is replaced by "Y" and "0" is replaced by "n".The traditional Chinese medicine used in the patient’s paste prescription was entered into the database according to the format required by the database,and the Microsoft Excel 2016 Pivot Table function was used to conduct frequency statistical analysis on the drug types and the nature,taste and meridian tropism;then the IBM SPSS modeler 18.0 was used The software constructs the drug association network,and imports the network parameters into Cytoscape 3.7.2to analyze the network topology,screen the core traditional Chinese medicine and beautify the network diagram;then uses IBM SPSS modeler 18.0 Apriori algorithm to calculate the association analysis between traditional Chinese medicine;finally uses the clustering algorithm in IBM SPSS statistical 25.0 to carry out the clustering analysis.Results:(1)A total of 110 patients with fatigue sub-health were included in this study,including 46 males(41.82%)and 54 females(58.18%).The age distribution of the selected medical records was 30-60 years old,accounting for 70%.Among the 110 fatigue subhealth records,the incidence rate of young and middle-aged workers was the highest,which was closely related to the pressure of life and workplace pressure.(2)The 110 cases of fatigue type sub-health patients were involved in 11 TCM syndrome types,of which the first three syndrome types were spleen and kidney yang deficiency,spleen and stomach weakness,lung and spleen qi deficiency;spleen and kidney yang deficiency was the most common,a total of 31 cases.(3)Among the 110 cases of fatigue sub-health patients,the frequency of emaciation was the highest,accounting for 55.45%,followed by normal shape,and only one case was obese.In the fatigue sub-health patients,the patients with emaciation were significantly higher than those with obesity.(4)Among the 110 fatigue sub-health patients included in the statistics,the frequency of patients with withered complexion was the highest,accounting for 45.45%,followed by those with dull complexion,and those with normal complexion and dark red complexion accounted for the least,accounting for 0.90% respectively.(5)Among the 110 cases of fatigue sub-health patients,the patients with light fat tongue and thin white fur had the highest frequency,accounting for 71.81% and 44.54%respectively.The pulse condition was mainly moistening and sinking,accounting for40.91% and 18.18%.(6)The 110 prescriptions included 175 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine(maltose and donkey hide gelatin in the prescriptions were not included in the Drug Statistics),and the frequency of drug use was 2984 times.Through statistical analysis,it was found that the top three prescriptions for treating fatigue sub-health were coix seed 104 times,the corresponding frequency was 94.55%,and yam 90 times,the corresponding frequency was 81.82% The corresponding frequency was 74.55%.After the statistical analysis of the drug properties of the selected prescription,it was found that among the drugs used by Zhoushi,warm drugs were the most frequently used,accounting for34.89%,followed by mild drugs,accounting for 12.99%;at the same time,sweet drugs accounted for 38.06%,followed by pungent drugs,accounting for 23.03%;in the statistical analysis of drug meridian,drugs belonging to spleen meridian were the most frequently used,accounting for 12.99% 95%,followed by drugs belonging to lung meridian and liver meridian,accounting for 16.35% and 16.05% respectively.It is in line with the fatigue sub health advocated by Zhou teachers,which is mainly based on the discrimination of lung,spleen,liver and kidney.(7)Explore the association strength between drugs,establish the "source → type →Apriori algorithm" data stream,set the minimum support as 10.00%,the minimum confidence as 80.00%(in this study,the support indicates the possibility of a Chinese medicine and B Chinese medicine appearing at the same time;the confidence indicates the possibility of using B Chinese medicine when using a Chinese Medicine),when the maximum number of front items is 3,get the association rules There are 19194.There are 92 second-order association rules,among which the top five are yam → coix seed,coix seed → yam,coix seed → Codonopsis pilosula,yam → Codonopsis pilosula,coix seed → Atractylodes macrocephala.There are 3329 third-order association rules.Among them,the top five items with the highest support were yam → Codonopsis pilosula + coix seed,Codonopsis pilosula → Atractylodes macrocephala + coix seed,yam → Atractylodes macrocephala + coix seed,coix seed → Codonopsis pilosula +yam,Codonopsis pilosula → Amomum villosum + coix seed.There are 15773 four level association rules,the top five of which are yam → Amomum villosum +Codonopsis pilosula + coix seed,Codonopsis pilosula → Atractylodes macrocephala +yam + coix seed,Euryale ferox seed → fried licorice + Codonopsis pilosula + coix seed,Codonopsis pilosula → Amomum villosum + yam + coix seed,Codonopsis pilosula →medicated leaven + yam + coix seed.(8)According to the efficacy category,compatibility rules and medication habits,the selected ointment was divided into 8 groups,with acceptable clustering effect: 1.Cornus officinalis,epimedium,aconite and Trigonella;2.Angelica sinensis and Artemisia argyi;3.Yam and medicated leaven;4.Atractylodes macrocephala and Dolichos tonkinensis;5.Codonopsis pilosula,Amomum villosum,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,safflower,bupleurum,etc Poria;category 6: fried licorice,Euryale ferox,astragalus;category 7: coix seed,rhizome of chuanxiong;category 8: Ophiopogon japonicus,perilla stem,Pseudostellaria heterophylla.Summary:Mr.Zhou thinks that fatigue type sub-health is mainly characterized by deficiency syndrome,mainly in lung,spleen,liver and kidney.Mild warm tonic drugs are suitable for medication.Mr.Zhou pays special attention to the summary and utilization of classic
