| Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of breviscapine eye atomization in the treatment of early non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The visual acuity, fundus,TCM syndrome score, blood glucose index, vascular endothelial growth factor, pigment epithelium-derived factor, tumor necrosis factor-α,nitric oxide factor, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed in the control group and the observation group.According to the observation results,we further analyze the basis of breviscapine eye atomization in the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy in early stage,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of diabetic retinopathy with appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine. At the same time,it also provides a reference for TCM nursing intervention in diabetic retinopathy. Methods:According to the random control principle, after sample estimation,86 patients admitted to the first affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from June 2018to December 2019 were selected according to the established inclusion and exclusion criteria. The computer-generated random number method was divided into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=43).Both groups were given low-salt and low-fat diabetes diet, appropriate exercise, regular education, hypoglycemic, lipid and blood pressure therapy, eye health care and eye acupoint massage and other routine treatment. On this basis, the observation group was treated with breviscapine eye atomization, and the course of treatment of both groups was 12 days. The visual acuity, fundus condition,TCM syndrome score, blood glucose index, vascular endothelial growth factor, pigment epithelium-derived factor, tumor necrosis factor-αand nitric oxide factor were observed in the two groups before and after intervention,as well as clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. In order to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of breviscapine eye atomization in the treatment of early non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. In this study,SPSS25.0 statistical software is used to analyze the non-normal distribution of the data, which is close to the normal distribution by logarithmic transformation. The measurement data are expressed in terms of(?)±s and compared with t-test.Comparison of counting data by(?)~2 test.If it is a hierarchical classification, the rank sum test is used.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results:The results showed that there was no significant difference in general baseline data between the two groups. After intervention, the total effective rate of the two groups was74.42%in the observation group and 39.53%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).There were changes in visual acuity, fundus condition,TCM syndrome score, vascular endothelial growth factor, pigment epithelium-derived factor, tumor necrosis factor-αand nitric oxide in the two groups, and the changes in the observation group were more significant. The differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Although the blood glucose indexes of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups after intervention(p>0.05).No adverse reactions were found in both groups. Conclusion:The results show that breviscapine eye atomization therapy on the basis of routine treatment can improve the clinical symptoms of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus, improve the visual acuity of patients, and has a certain curative effect and safety.1.Breviscapine eye atomization adjuvant therapy can relieve the clinical symptoms of early non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy in type 2 diabetes to some extent, and it can also alleviate the syndrome of yin deficiency and blood stasis in non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy.2.The adjuvant treatment of breviscapine eye atomization in early type 2 diabetic patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy can increase the content of pigment epithelial-derived factor and nitric oxide factor in serum, and decrease the content of vascular endothelial growth factor and tumor necrosis factor-αto a certain extent.3.Breviscapine eye atomization in the treatment of early non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy in type 2 diabetes can improve the visual acuity and fundus symptoms to a certain extent, and has a certain curative effect.Short-term safety and patient acceptance are higher. However, the specific mechanism,long-term efficacy and safety need to be further studied. |
