Application Value Of Rotation Method In Large Hysterectomy Under Laparoscope

Objective:To explore the clinical value of rotary method in laparoscopic giant hysterectomy.Method:From 2019-06-01 to 2020-06-30,120 patients with uterine leiomyoma(uterine leiomyoma)were selected,designate a fixed physician for laparoscopic total hysterectomy.According to the principle of random control,the method of random number table was divided into two groups.The first group was the control group,62,routine laparoscopic giant hysterectomy.The second group was the study group,58,laparoscopic giant hysterectomy was performed by rotation.To observe the difference of operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative anal exhaust time and postoperative hospitalization time between the two groups,comparison of postoperative patient satisfaction and incidence of postoperative adverse reactions(postoperative vaginal stump infection,bleeding,urological injury of bladder,ureter,etc).Apply SPSS25.0 software to analyze statistical data.If the measurement data conform to the normal distribution,use the test,expressed as mean ± standard deviation.If the measurement data do not satisfy the normal distribution,the nonparametric rank sum test is used.Simultaneous measurements are expressed as median and quartile;counting data in [n(%)].Adopted P<0.05 was statistically significant.Result:There was no significant difference in postoperative hospitalization time,patient satisfaction and postoperative adverse reaction rate between the two groups.Operation time and postoperative anal exhaust time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Blood loss in the study group was less than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Laparoscopic giant hysterectomy with rotation method can fully reveal the surgical field of vision and improve the narrow field of large uterus(16-20 weeks)resection under laparoscopy,which has certain popularizing significance.2.Compared with conventional laparoscopic giant hysterectomy,the application of rotation in laparoscopic giant hysterectomy can shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding,quickly restore gastrointestinal function,and shorten the time of anal exhaust.
