| Research purposesTo study the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai Granules in the treatment of stable angina pectoris by Professor Liu Zhongyong,my supervisor,and to observe the efficacy and safety of YHTG combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of stable angina pectoris,and to summarize the academic thought and clinical theory of using this prescription by my supervisor.Research Methods:1.Clinical study: the patients who met the standards of sodium intake were divided into control group(n=30)and treatment group(n=30)according to the random table method.The control group was given Atorvastatin calcium tablet 20 mg,once a day,before going to bed;Metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets 11.875-95mg(dosage adjusted according to heart rate and blood pressure),once a day,take in the morning;Aspirin enteric-coated tablet 100 mg,once a day,morning;Patients were given blood pressure lowering drugs,hypoglycemic drugs,and lifestyle intervention according to the basic conditions of patients.Treatment group was additiously given YHTG boiled water,once in the morning and once in the afternoon.Both groups were observed for12 weeks.The curative effect of angina pectoris,electrocardiogram and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were observed and the data were statistically analyzed.2.Theoretical discussion: Analyze the relationship between Qi deficiency and blood stasis and stable angina pectoris based on the theory of Qi and blood of traditional Chinese medicine,and analyze the combination thought,the treatment characteristics of prescriptions,the compatibility characteristics of prescriptions and the combination thought.Results:(1)Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndromes: from the observation of the total therapeutic efficiency,96.7% in the treatment group was distinctly better than 76.7% in the control group,the curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of treatment effect between groups revealed that symptom scores in the control group decreased by 2.70±1.087 after treatment,and in the treatment group decreased by 7.03±0.96 after treatment.The results indicate that the treatment group had better treatment effect than the control group(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of curative effect of TCM Symptoms: Before and after the comparison of treatment,the two groups of patients with TCM symptoms have certain improvement;Through the comparison between groups,the improvement of TCM symptoms was more obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05),and the Z value of the treatment group compared with the control group was less than 0,so the treatment group had better efficacy of TCM symptoms.(3)Comparison of the efficacy of angina pectoris symptoms: from the perspective of the total efficiency of treatment,90% of the treatment group was significantly better than 70% of the control group,and the ratio of P value between the two groups was less than 0.05;In terms of total angina score,the total angina score of the treatment group improved to7.33±31.51,which was also better than that of the control group(4.87±1.01),and the P value of the comparison between the two groups was less than 0.05.(4)Comparison of electrocardiogram and nitroglycerin arrest: The total efficiency of ECG improvement in the treatment group was 90%,while that in the control group was only 67%.According to the analysis of stopping efficiency of nitroglycerin,the total efficiency of treatment group was 83.3%,and that of control group was 63.3%.Compared with the electrocardiogram and nitroglycerin arrest,the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05),so the treatment group had better efficacy.(5)Comparison of improvement in blood viscosity between the two groups: the test was conducted for HGQ,HDQ,GQXD and DQXD of patients in the treatment group and the control group before treatment,and the result was P>0.05,showing no difference between the two groups.After treatment,the values of these four items decreased in both groups,and P values were all less than 0.05,indicating that the treatment was effective.After the comparison of the changes of blood viscosity in the two groups after treatment,the value of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and through the t test,t<0,P<0.05.Conclusion:1.Yiqi huoxue tongmai granule(YHTG)has therapeutic effect on stable angina pectoris(type of qi deficiency and blood stasis),can relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris,and can effectively improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of patients with stable angina pectoris(type of qi deficiency and blood stasis).2.YHTG can reduce the dependence of patients with stable angina pectoris on nitroglycerin to a certain extent,and there is no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment process.It can be safely taken by patients with stable angina pectoris with qi deficiency and blood stasis. |
