Research On Medication Rule Of Professor Zhang Xiaoping In Treating Peptic Ulcer Based On Data Mining

Objective:This study aims to systematically collect some cases of peptic ulcer patients in the outpatient department of Professor Zhang Xiaoping,collect data according to the standard,establish Excel database,Through data mining technology,this paper summarizes the rules of clinical treatment of peptic ulcer prescription by Professor Zhang Xiaoping.and further summarize the clinical academic thought of Professor Zhang Xiaoping in the treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods:From September 2018 to September 2020,Professor Zhang Xiaoping’s clinical data of peptic ulcer diagnosed and treated with traditional Chinese medicine in Guoyitang clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine(Monday to Saturday morning)were collected by taking photos and taking notes.1.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 61 patients with 167 outpatient cases were obtained.The database of patients was established with Excel,including name,gender,Time,treatment time,ulcer type,prescription and drug use.2.The frequency statistical function of Excel was used to analyze the age,gender,medication frequency,ulcer type,Chinese medicine taste,frequency,four Qi,five flavor and meridian tropism of peptic ulcer patients.3.By using IBM SPSS statistics 24.0 and SPSS Clementine 12.0 software system,cluster analysis and association rule analysis were carried out respectively,and the obtained medical records were statistically analyzed.This paper summarizes the characteristics of Professor Zhang Xiaoping’s prescriptions for the treatment of the disease and the combination of new prescriptions.Results:In this study,a total of 61 patients were included,a total of167 times of diagnosis,102 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine are involved,with a frequency of 2906 times totally.1.There were 33 males and 28 females,aged between 18-80 years old,mainly 40-80 years old,accounting for 51.There were 21 patients with gastric ulcer,35 patients with duodenal ulcer and 5 patients with complex ulcer2.A total of 102 traditional Chinese medicines were involved,and the top ten traditional Chinese medicines were more than 100 times,including 162 times of Coptis chinensis,162 times of Panax notoginseng,161 times of Bletilla striata,161 times of licorice,154 times of dandelion,154 times of Fritillaria thunbergii,149 times of Guya,148 times of malt,107 times of toosendan and 105 times of corydalis.3.There are 18 categories of drugs,and the top six drugs are tonic drugs,Xingqi drugs,Qingre drugs,Xiaoshi drugs,hemostatic drugs and expectorant drugs.Among them,qi invigorating drugs were the main drugs,and the order of times was qi invigorating drugs(418 times)> blood invigorating drugs(100 times)> Yin invigorating drugs(20 times)> Yang invigorating drugs(7 times).Heat clearing and dampness drying drugs were the main drugs in heat clearing drugs.4.The order of the Drug propertie is cold,warm,flat,hot and cool,mainly cold and warm drugs.Sweet,bitter and pungent taste were the main flavor,accounting for 88.99% of the total flavor.Stomach,spleen,liver,lung and heart meridian were the main channel.5.Through cluster analysis of 39 high-frequency drugs,19 pairs of drug pairs were obtained.The top six pairs of drug pairs were Baiji,Huanglian and Sanqi,dandelion and Fritillaria thunbergii,Corydalis yanhusuo and toosendan,Guya and malt,bupleurum and Baishao,Muxiang and Amomum villosum,which were commonly used by Professor Zhang Xiaoping.6.Clustering results: the commonly used drug combinations were divided into four groups: the first group: dandelion,Fritillaria thunbergii,Coptis chinensis,Panax notoginseng,Bletilla striata,toosendan,Corydalis yanhusuo,Guya,malt;the second group: Xiangfu,chuanxiong,Baishao,Zhishi,Chaihu,Albizia julibrissin;the third group:mint,gardenia,Danggui,coix seed,Shenqu,Xuanshen,Ophiopogon japonicus,daiochre,almond;the fourth group: Muxiang,Amomum villosum Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,Codonopsis pilosula,ginger,jujube,licorice,tangerine peel,Pinellia ternata,trifoliate orange.7.The results of association rule analysis show that the second-order drug pair of Professor Zhang Xiaoping is Coptis chinensis and Panax notoginseng,and the third-order drug pair is Coptis chinensis and Panax notoginseng and bletilla.Conclusion:Through data mining of Professor Zhang Xiaoping’s peptic ulcer case data,the following conclusions are drawn1.Peptic ulcer patients are more male than female,the onset age is concentrated in the elderly,ulcer type duodenal ulcer is more common than gastric ulcer,compound ulcer is the least.2.In terms of treatment,Professor Zhang Xiaoping mostly starts from improving the function of spleen and stomach,strengthening healthy and eliminating pathogenic factors.The treatment principles are mainly tonifying spleen and stomach,clearing dampness and heat,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The drug categories are mainly tonic drugs,Xingqi medicine,Qingre medicine.The treatment mainly starts from the stomach and spleen,and takes into account the liver and lung,the drug is light and clear,the warm drugs are mostly used,and the cold heat and toxic products are avoided.The drug taste is concentrated and the syndrome differentiation is accurate.3.Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction,Sini Powder he Jinlingzi powder,Chaihu Shugan powder and Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder are commonly used in the treatment of peptic ulcer.
