Discussion On The Calibration Method Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Efficacy Based On Three Elements Of Syndrome Differentiation

Background:The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine is the main basis for clinical selection of medicine,and also the final implementation of "syndrome differentiation and treatment prescription" in TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.Doctors of past dynasties have rich and in-depth understanding of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.However,from the perspective of system and norms,starting from the results of clinical syndrome differentiation,the expression of efficacy is not accurate,and there is no set of standardized calibration method to follow.Object:Based on the relationship between prescriptions and syndromes and the elements of syndrome differentiation,the efficacy of some traditional Chinese medicines used in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and synopsis of golden chamber is analyzed and demarcated again,so as to improve the accuracy of clinical syndrome differentiation and selection,achieve the purpose of interlocking syndrome differentiation and treatment,and provide a useful exploration for establishing a practical,systematic and standardized method of efficacy calibration of traditional Chinese medicines.In addition,the calibration results are imported into the software for multidimensional query and screening.Method:(1)Some traditional Chinese medicines in classical prescriptions of treatise on Febrile Diseases and synopsis of golden chamber were selected as research objects;(2)Under the guidance of the concept of normative research of classic syndrome differentiation program,based on the relationship between prescriptions and syndromes and syndrome differentiation elements,the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine was analyzed and demarcated again around "functional diseases" and "treatment mechanism";(3)Referring to the relevant papers and some herbal works,the literature development was carried out,and the comprehensive elaboration of the efficacy of various traditional Chinese medicines was completed by combining the drug properties,indications,dosage of compatibility and decocting and processing;(4)On the basis of the above,the list of the efficacy of each traditional Chinese medicine was improved,and the calibration results were imported into the software to establish the retrieval path for multi-dimensional query;(5)Compared with the original efficacy,according to the new efficacy obtained from the analysis of syndrome differentiation elements,the summary re expression of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine was completed in the form of "disease location +".Results:In this study,83 traditional Chinese medicines were selected from treatise on Febrile Diseases and synopsis of the golden chamber.According to the results of syndrome differentiation,the specific presumption and re expression of the efficacy content of each traditional Chinese medicine were completed,and the "efficacy classification database of classical Chinese medicine" was established.Conclusion:(1)It is more accurate and clear to identify the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine based on the relationship between prescriptions and syndromes and dialectical elements,and can establish a set of more objective and standardized calibration methods for the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.(2)Based on the systematic classification of efficacy,the direct and indirect efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine can be distinguished.(3)With the help of property theory,we can have a more detailed and in-depth understanding of the differences of similar efficacy between drugs.(4)The multi-dimensional and three-dimensional efficacy identification mode of traditional Chinese medicine can be used for multi angle query and accurate screening.
