Clinical Study Of Acupointion On Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Cold-coagulation And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint application therapy on primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis,and to provide a simple and effective treatment for primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:This trial followed a randomized,single-blind,controlled clinical design,Students enrolled in Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected.A total of 108 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type who met the inclusion criteria were recruited,They were divided into the following three groups:experimental group A,the first control group of group B,and the second control group of group C,with 36 cases in each group,Hereinafter referred to as Group A,Group B and Group C.One course of treatment was applied for 6 days from 3 days before menstruation to 3 days after menstruation.Three groups were treated for 3 courses.The collected results were analyzed by SPSS21.0 statistical analysis system,and the final conclusion was drawn.Results:1.Comparison of clinical efficacy:the study results showed that in the main efficacy evaluation,the total effective rate of group A was 70%,the total effective rate of group B was 36.7%,and the total effective rate of group C was 30%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.Comparison of the scores before and after the three groups:the three groups were evaluated at the intervention and follow-up,respectively.The P values of the three scales of VAS,dysmenorrhea symptom score and TCM syndrome score were all less than 0.01,the difference being statistically significant.It was concluded that the three groups were all effective in treating primary dysmenorrhea of cold,coagulation and blood stasis type.3.Comparison of scores among the three groups:in the VAS rating table,P=0.029 after treatment and P=0.037 during follow-up between group A and group B during the 3 courses of intervention and follow-up,both P values were<0.05,showing A statistical difference,indicating that group A had A better treatment effect in terms of VAS score.The P value of>0.05 in group A vs.group C and group B vs.group C during the 3 treatment courses and follow-up periods showed no statistical difference,so the treatment effect of the two groups could not be compared.In the score scale of dysmenorrhea symptom,the results of 3 courses of intervention and follow-up between group A and group B,group A and group C were P<0.01 after treatment,P=0.003 during follow-up and P<0.01 after treatment,and P=0.013 during follow-up.The P values were all<0.05,showing A statistical difference,indicating that group A had better treatment effect on the score scale of dysmenorrhea symptom.The P value of>0.05 between group B and group C during the 3 courses of intervention and follow-up period showed no statistical difference,so the treatment effect of the two groups could not be compared.In terms of TCM syndrome scoring scale,P=0.008 after treatment,P=0.012 during follow-up and P=0.021 after treatment,P=0.049 during follow-up during the 3 courses of intervention and follow-up between group A and group B,group A and group C,all P values were<0.05,showing A statistical difference,indicating that group A had better treatment effect on TCM syndrome scoring scale.The P value of>0.05 between group B and group C during the 3 courses of intervention and follow-up period showed no statistical difference,so the treatment effect of the two groups could not be compared4.Comparison of its safety:no obvious abnormalities were found in the examination results before and after intervention treatment,and no adverse drug reactions occurred,indicating high safetyConclusion:This study found that all the three therapies can improve primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,and Zhenyao Zhenacupoint application therapy has significant clinical effect on patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.VAS,dysmenorrhea symptom score and TCM syndrome score were improved in patients,and no obvious adverse reactions were found at the moment.Therefore,Zhenyao Zhenacupoint application therapy is effective for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold,coagulation and blood stasis type,and can be used clinically...
