Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis Of Lung Deficiency And Cold Type By Warming Lung And Resuscitation Method Combined With Acupuncture

Objective: This project intends to use the method of warming the lungs to relieve the acupuncture and acupuncture to treat allergic rhinitis of lung deficiency and cold type,observe the curative effect after treatment and compare with the clinical curative effect of western medicine in the control group,and analyze the clinical symptoms and symptoms of the two treatment options.The difference in the efficacy of TCM syndromes,to explore the advantages of TCM in the treatment of allergic rhinitis of lung deficiency and cold type,so as to provide reference for later clinical workers to treat patients with lung deficiency and cold type allergic rhinitis.Methods: A collection of 60 patients with allergic rhinitis who attended the Otorhinolaryngology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to October 2020 and were diagnosed with lung deficiency and cold through Traditional Chinese Medicine differentiation.All patients voluntarily joined this time.In the subject research,60 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis with lung deficiency and cold syndrome were divided into treatment group and control group on the principle of randomization and control.The treatment group was treated with Wenbi Tongqiao Decoction plus flavor combined with acupuncture.For treatment,the control group was given loratadine tablets.Both groups were treated for 4 consecutive weeks and followed up for 1 month.The symptoms,signs and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores of the two groups were recorded before and after treatment,and passed SPSS The software 23.0 statistical software evaluates the curative effect of the two groups of patients after treatment and the recurrence within 1 month after treatment.Results:1.Comparison of total effective rate: After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7% higher than the control group’s total effective rate of 80.0%.After testing,the P value was higher than 0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.,Which shows that the two treatments are effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis of lung deficiency and cold type,but there is no significant difference.2.In terms of symptoms,signs and total points: After 4 weeks of treatment,the symptoms,signs and total points of the two groups of patients were reduced.After statistical analysis and processing,the P values of the two groups were less than 0.05,which was statistically significant,Indicating that the two treatments have curative effects;when comparing individual symptoms,signs,and total scores between the two groups,the P values for nasal congestion,runny nose and total scores were all less than0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.When comparing the scores of nasal itching,sneezing,and physical signs,the P values were all less than 0.05 detected by statistical software.The difference was statistically significant.It can be considered that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving nasal congestion,runny nose and total score.There were no significant differences in nasal itching,sneezing,and physical signs.3.In terms of TCM syndromes: After 4 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndromes of the two groups of patients were significantly changed compared to before treatment.The statistical test showed that the P value was less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating the treatment The treatment programs of the group and the control group are effective in improving the symptoms of TCM.When a single comparison of TCM symptoms between the two groups,statistical tests show that the P value is in the three TCM syndromes of cough and thin sputum,shortness of breath,and fear of wind and cold.Both are less than 0.05,and are different in the TCM syndrome of spontaneous sweating.The statistical test shows that the P value is greater than 0.05,indicating that the treatment group has more advantages in improving the TCM syndromes of cough and thin sputum,shortness of breath,and fear of wind and cold.There is no significant difference in spontaneous sweating.4.In terms of recurrence: the two groups of patients were followed up for 1 month after the end of the treatment.It was found that 4 patients in the treatment group relapsed and 26 patients did not relapse;the control group had 9 patients relapsed and21 did not relapse.Statistics were used between the two groups.Comparing the recurrence with the scientific software,the P value is greater than 0.05,indicating that the treatment plan of the treatment group and the control group within 1 month after treatment has no significant difference in the recurrence of patients with lung deficiency and cold type allergic rhinitis.5.Safety evaluation: The two groups of patients had no adverse reactions during the treatment and their vital signs were normal.In Conclusion:1.Warming lung and resuscitation therapy combined with acupuncture and loratadine are both effective for patients with allergic rhinitis of lung deficiency and cold type,and the curative effects of the two are similar.2.Warming lung and resuscitation therapy combined with acupuncture and loratadine tablets treatment can improve the symptoms and signs of patients with allergic rhinitis of lung deficiency and cold type,but it is better than pure loratadine in improving nasal congestion and runny nose.Tablet treatment.3.Warming lung and resuscitation therapy combined with acupuncture and loratadine tablets can improve the Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms of patients with lung deficiency and cold type allergic rhinitis,but it can improve the patient’s cough and thin sputum,shortness of breath and fear of wind and cold.Tongqiao method combined with acupuncture is better.4.The combination of warming lung and resuscitation therapy combined with acupuncture can reduce the recurrence of allergic rhinitis more than the treatment of loratadine tablets alone.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture is inexpensive and has remarkable curative effect.The traditional Chinese medicine granules are easy to carry,and the acupuncture operation is simple,which is a popular treatment plan.
