Investigation On Physique Of Tcm For Atherosclerosis In Nanchang Area Analysis

Research background: Atherosclerosis is a slowly progressive disease,and it is also an important factor in the occurrence and development of a variety of cardiovascular diseases.TCM constitution is mainly based on the research goal of individual life,through the analysis of the composition characteristics,evolution laws,influencing factors and classification standards of different physiques,it can be used in disease prevention,diagnosis,treatment,rehabilitation and health preservation.This article analyzes the correlation between the physique of patients with atherosclerosis and certain factors,hoping to provide a reference for the prevention of atherosclerotic diseases.OBJECTIVE: Guided by the constitution theory of TCM,using the method of questionnaire survey,to explore the distribution characteristics of TCM physique of patients with atherosclerosis,and to analyze the common physique and gender,age,body type,blood lipids,hypertension grade and brain of atherosclerosis patients.The relevance of the history of infarction provides new ideas for the treatment and prevention of atherosclerosis.Results: A total of 30 types of physique were found in this sample,including 12 cases of peaceful constitution,111 cases of single constitution,128 cases of mixed constitution.The main physique types were 25.1% of qi deficiency and blood stasis,12.0% of phlegm and dampness,15.5% of yang deficiency,Qi deficiency quality is 10.0%.There was statistical significance between common physique types and gender,age group and body type in atherosclerosis(P<0.01).There is a statistical significance between the common physique types of atherosclerosis and the clinical indicators of abnormal blood lipids,and there is a close relationship between phlegm and dampness and abnormal blood lipids.The common physical types of atherosclerosis were not significantly correlated with the grades of hypertension(P>0.05).The common physical types of atherosclerosis are correlated with the history of cerebral infarction(P<0.01).Conclusions:Patients with atherosclerosis in Nanchang are mainly composed of Jianjia constitution,which is divided into a single constitution with Qi deficiency type,blood stasis type,phlegm dampness type,and Yang deficiency type.There is little difference in the prevalence between men and women.Females are mainly composed of Qi deficiency and blood stasis and Yang deficiency,while men are mainly phlegm-dampness,Qi-deficiency,and phlegm-dampness and blood stasis.The majority of patients with atherosclerosis in Nanchang are middle-aged and elderly people,with increasing age and increasing proportion of physical fitness.Phlegm and dampness accounted for the largest proportion among young people.Phlegm-dampness patients are closely related to mixed hyperlipidemia and dyslipidemia,and phlegm-dampness atherosclerosis patients have a relatively high probability of cerebral infarction.
