Case Study On The Community Health Service System In Wuhou District,Chengdu

Throughout the public health network,it is easy to find that urban community health services have always occupied an important position,which meets both the cultural life needs of the people and the continuously growing material needs,and belongs to the primary health service health care with very public welfare characteristics,which is a reflection of the government’s fulfillment of its functions.At present,there are 16 community health service centers in Wuhou District,Chengdu,providing six-in-one health services integrating medical treatment,prevention,health care,rehabilitation,health education and family planning technical services for the resident and mobile residents in their districts,and the service systems of some of the social health service centers are somewhat advanced and worthy of reference by other community health service centers.This paper selects Wuhou District of Chengdu as the case object,collates and analyzes the required data with the help of field research and other methods,and explores the implementation strategies to promote the development of community health service system in Wuhou District of Chengdu.The research of this paper is as follows: First,the case of community health service system in Wuhou District of Chengdu City is stated,the development history of China’s urban community health service system and the current situation of the community health service system in Wuhou District of Chengdu City are introduced,and the typicality of the community health service system in Wuhou District of Chengdu City is presented in three aspects:hardware and software configuration to meet the demand,introduction of market mechanism,and internal and external evaluation and supervision.The effectiveness of the community health service system in Wuhou District,Chengdu is summarized:community health service achieves good social benefits,service network is basically established,and functions are gradually improved.Again,the analysis of the community health service system in Wuhou District,Chengdu,in terms of value,key elements,and successful experiences,will be carried out in three latitudes: the mechanism of obtaining public demand,the introduction of market mechanism,and the supervision and evaluation mechanism.Again,the insights of the community health service system in Wuhou District,Chengdu,are summarized as follows: active input according to the research needs of community health services,selection of appropriate market introduction models for different service items,and multi-lateral linkage for standardized and comprehensive supervision and evaluation.On the basis of summarizing and absorbing previous research results,this study further researches and explores the community health service system in Wuhou District,Chengdu,especially innovating in the research of urban primary health care institutions.The study focuses on three key factors: the mechanism for obtaining public demand,the introduction of market mechanism,and the mechanism for supervision and evaluation.The value of the key factors,key factors and main measures are proposed to interpret the success elements of the key factors,and the revelation of the community health service system in Wuhou District,Chengdu City is summarized.The research results of this paper provide a reference for the balanced development of the primary health care system,especially the development of community health services in old urban areas.It also plays a role in the construction of community health service system and subsequent improvement of health service level and quality in other cities in China.
