Research Of Demand On Drug Management Platform For Patients With Diabetes

With the overall improvement of information technology,chronic disease management has entered a new stage of development.Diabetes is a very representative chronic non communicable disease.Its main feature is that the onset is very hidden,and the course of disease is long,the cure is difficult,lack of more accurate evidence of infectious biological etiology,the etiology is more complex.The construction of drug management platform for diabetic patients based on wireless network can not only alleviate the medication problems of diabetic patients,but also bring better services to patients,so that they can realize their own drug management in an effective way.In order to provide reference for the construction of drug treatment management platform for chronic diseases,this paper carried out a comprehensive study on the user needs of diabetes drug treatment management system.In this paper,through the design of "diabetes drug treatment needs survey" questionnaire,the community of diabetic patients to carry out a survey,a comprehensive understanding of the basic needs of residents of scientific medication guidance.A total of600 questionnaires were distributed and 578 valid questionnaires were collected.The results showed that:(1)the demand for medication guidance of diabetic patients scored the highest,with an average score of 4.18±0.92;The second dimension was health promotion,with an average score of 4.06±1.06;The average score of disease guidance dimension was 3.92±0.95;(2)From the perspective of item segmentation,the top five: "telephone,network health consulting service" scored 4.41 ±0.69;The score of "drug knowledge" was 4.32±0.84;“The score of "establishing health records" was 4.32±0.73;“The score of "health behavior and lifestyle guidance" was 4.31±1.01;“The score of "safe medication guidance" was 4.17±0.93.That is to say,diabetic patients have a high demand for online and offline consulting services,drug-related knowledge,safe medication,and correct guidance of behavior and lifestyle.In order to combine the actual situation and the actual needs of patients,the proposed pharmacy management platform for diabetes,with patients as the core and active service as the main mode,provides the integration of offline medical services and online health management of "health management system platform",as well as comprehensive services such as filing,health monitoring,health intervention,effect evaluation,follow-up communication,health education and referral It’s our business.
