Design And Realization Of The Hospital Registration And Appointment Management System

The hospital’s registration appointment service can be changed based on the existing network technology and mobile internet technology to improve accuracy and timeliness,so that patients’ waiting time for doctors is shortened,accuracy is improved,and patient satisfaction is improved.The hospital in this thesis is located in a township in Foshan City,Guangdong Province,which is a Class C hospital.The current mode of registered appointment is: telephone appointment or on-site appointment.However,with the development of the town,the population increases,based on telephone appointment or on-site appointment.The model has been unable to meet the increasing demand,and patients have complained a lot and opinions are big.The research in this thesis is based on the mobile Internet,and the hospital registration appointment system is selected as the research object.Combining the analysis of the status quo of a hospital registration and the problems existing in the hospital registration method,the main research content is as follows:1)The research in this thesis points out the difficulties faced by hospital registration,points out the important value of building this system,analyzes the application of the system at home and abroad and the literature research,and makes clear the main purpose and significance of the research.Then it introduces the development technologies used in the APP and Web subsystems of the system,mainly including the working principle,application value and main characteristics of SSH framework technology,My SQL,UML and Android technology.The feasibility analysis of economy,technology and operation of the system construction is carried out,and the composition of user roles and the functions available are described.2)The research in this thesis introduces the overall function of the system,describes the hierarchical function structure of the function through the function use case diagram,describes the process and data flow of the core function of the system,determines the business processing process and the data entities involved,and describes the non-functional requirements of the system in the performance,security and other fields.3)The research in this thesis is to the detailed design of system,set up the system application,technology and the network framework,combed the function structure,development technology and hardware deploy content,design the system function structure,the system user management,department/doctor management,scheduling management,booking management,payment processing,alerts,and other core functions of program flow chart and interface design,The concept and physical model of system database are designed emphatically.4)The APP and Web end of the system are developed,the core code and implementation interface are provided,and the implementation scenario is described.The test environment was built,the configuration of various test parameters was described,and the data,function,performance,non-functional and other aspects of the test were tested.The verification was passed,confirming that the system design and implementation effect reached the expected goal.Through the establishment of the registration appointment management system,users can make a quick appointment,see a doctor quickly,build a fair and transparent registration order,significantly reduce the waste of time caused by on-site registration,and improve the quality of medical service.It reduces the medical management cost brought by manual registration and provides more accurate services for patients.
