OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study is to understand resistance of commonly antibiotics from the mainly pathogenic bacteria, and to give some advice for the use of antimicrobial in clinical.METHODS: The susceptibility test data reports of clinical isolated from Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2014 to December 2019 were collected and data processed with SPSS software 19.0.RESULTS: During 2014-2019,a total of 77931 clinically isolated strains were tested for drug sensitivity,of which 57105 were Gram-negative bacilli, accounting for73.3%(57105/77931).And a total of 4989 multi-drug resistant strains were detected in Gram-negative bacilli, accounting for 8.7%(4989/57105).In the detection of 4 kind of common Gram-negative bacilli, the age distribution of patients showed that 66.6%(24096/36185)of patients were≥60 years old. From 2014 to 2019,the isolation and detection rate of K.pneumoniae showed an overall upward trend.E.coli,K.pneumoniae,A.baumannii and P.aeruginosa, the resistance rates of four Gram-negative bacilli to carbopenems drug were increasing. And after it,the resistance of the four pathogens to the other antibacterial drugs all showed an increase in resistance.Among E.coli, the drug resistance rates of ampicillin,Trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole,fluoroquinolones and ceftriaxome were higher, all exceeded 50.0%.The resistance rate of all antibacterial drugs showed an overall increase,in K.pneumoniae.The overall A.baumannii was highly resistant, except tigecycline resistant rates of 1.0%,1.4%,1.0%,0.6%,2.7%,and5.2% in 6 years.Among P.aeruginosa, resistant rate of aminoglycoside drug displayed a good antibacterial activity.CONCLUSION: The resistant situation of Gram-negative bacilli is severe especially K.pneumoniae which resistant rate having an obviously increased trend these six years. The serious of antibacterial drugs resistance of Gram-negative bacilli in this study call for stringent regulations on the use of antibiotic in hospital.Additionally,we should actively look for alternatives that can replace high-level antibiotics agents in clinical treatment.
