Clinical Study On The "Tong Guan Li Qiao" Acupuncture Method Combined With Rehabilitation Training For Treatment Of Post Ischemic Stroke Dysphagia

Objective: Dysphagia,as one of the common complications after stroke,can cause many serious complications such as aspiration pneumonia and malnutrition,and hate the physical and mental health of patients.Modern medical measures have slower and poor effects.Tong Guan Li Qiao acupuncture has certain advantages in treating dysphagia after stroke.The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of the Tong Guan Li Qiao acupuncture method combined with rehabilitation training on patients with dysphagia after stroke,and to clarify the efficacy and safety of the Tong Guan Li Qiao acupuncture method.Methods: Eeightyeligible subjects were randomly divided into two groups。 The control group received basic neurology treatment and rehabilitation training.The observation group was treated with Tong Guan Li Qiao acupuncture and the treatment of control.The subjects of two groups received 1 month treatment.Evaluate two groups patients’ swallowing functional before the treatment and after treatment for 2 courses,using the Watian drinking water test,and the functional oral intake scale(FOIS)and the modified Mann swallowing ability assessment form(MMASA).As well as compare the NIHISS scores and the incidence of adverse events and complications of the two groups before and after treatment.The spss17.0 software was used for analysis.Result:1.The two groups’ baseline materials,such as gender、age and course,were no statistically significant(P>0.05).Meanwhile the Watian drinking test、modified Mann swallowing ability assessment form(MMASA)、the functional oral intake scale(FOIS)and NIHISS score before treatment were no statistically significant(P>0.05),so they are can be compared.2.After treatment,the grading of the Watian drinking water test of two groups reduced(P<0.05).And the Tong Guan Li Qiao group’s grade was slightly lower than the rehabilitation group’s(P<0.05).The difference showed statistical significance.3.Both groups’ s FOIS scores after treatment was higher than the before(P<0.05).And after treatment,the scores of two groups were differ from each other,that rehabilitation group showed worse relatively(P<0.05).The difference showed statistical significance.4.The two groups’ scores of MMASA after treatment improved.(P<0.05).And after treatment the scores of the Tong Guan Li Qiao group rose more(P<0.05).The difference showed statistical significance.5.In the MMASA sub-items of the two groups of subjects,the index reflecting the swallowing function of the patients during the oral and pharyngeal phases had decreased after treatment.The decrement was statistically different between the two groups(P<0.05),and the Tong Guan Li Qiao group had a better effect.6.Both groups’ scores of NIHSS after treatment was better(P<0.05).And after treatment the observation group’s scores were higher than the rehabilitation group’s(P<0.05).The difference showed statistical significance.7.Comparison of the aggregate efficiency of the two groups,which was 87.5% for the Tong Guan Li Qiao group batter than 75% for the rehabilitation group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)。Conclusion: Both Tong Guan Li Qiao acupuncture method combined with rehabilitation training and rehabilitation training alone can improve the swallowing function and overall neurological function of stroke patients,but the former can significantly improve the symptoms of dysphagia after stroke,which is worthwhile clinical promotion.
