Objective:To investigate the changes of plasma Lp(a)and LDL-Ccorr30in patients with acute coronary syndrome and their correlation with the degree of coronary artery disease. Methods:From January 2016 to May 2020,patients who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University for"chest tightness and chest pain"and were diagnosed as ACS by coronary angiography and did not start lipid-lowering treatment were selected as the experimental group(n=435),while patients with coronary angiography stenosis less than 50%and did not start lipid-lowering treatment were selected as the control group(n=103).The age, sex, smoking history, drinking history, history of diabetes, hypertension, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of patients were recorded. The biochemical indexes such as myocardial enzyme, blood lipids, glycosylated hemoglobin and fibrinogen were recorded, the results of electrocardiogram and coronary angiography were recorded, and the Gensini score of ACS group was calculated.Compare the difference of clinical parameters between the ACS group and the control group.ACS group was divided into high Gensini score group(n=161)and low Gensini score group(n=274)according to Gensini score>30.The ACS group(n=435)was divided into an acute myocardial infarction(AMI)group and unstable angina pectoris(UAP)group in further.Compare the differences of clinical parameters among control group, high Gensini score group and low Gensini score group. To study the correlation between Lp(a),LDL-Ccorr30and severity of coronary artery disease.Results:1.Compared with the control group, the levels of Lp(a),LDL-C,FIB,and Hs-CRP in the ACS group were higher(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in LDL-Ccorr30between the two groups.2.The plasma of Lp(a)and Hs-CRP of the high Gensini score group were significantly higher than those of low Gensini score group and control group. There was no significant difference in LDL-Ccorr30between the three groups.High Gensini score compared with the control group,LDL-C,FIB was significantly higher(P<0.05).3.The Gensini score of ACS patients was positively correlated with Lp(a),LDL-C,FIB and Hs-CRP,but not with LDL-Ccorr30.4.There was a positive correlation between Lp(a)and LDL-C,FIB,and Hs-CRP in ACS patients, but no correlation with LDL-Ccorr30.5.Compared with the unstable angina pectoris group, the plasma levels of FIB and Hs-CRP in the AMI group were higher(P<0.05),but there were no statistically significant differences in Lp(a),LDL-C and LDL-Ccorr30.Conclusion:Lp(a)was positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease, while LDL-Ccorr30was not correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease in the ACS patients.
