Curative Effect Analysis Of Total Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery For Moderate And Severe Pelvic Organ Prolapse

Objective: To investigate whether there is an obvious difference between the patients suffer from moderate or severe pelvic organ prolapse(POP-Q stagingⅢ～Ⅳ)who underwent female pelvic reconstructive surgery with vaginal hysterectomy.Meanwhile,give a reference for clinical treatment.Method: Choose from April 2015 to April 2019 in our hospital and surgical treatment of uterine prolapse POP-Q staging Ⅲ ～ Ⅳ degrees,a total of 152 patients with prolapse,They were grouped according to different surgical methods,including 70 patients undergoing pelvic reconstructive surgery(the observation group),and 82 patients undergoing vaginal hysterectomy.Surgical indicators including the operative duration,intraoperative blood loss and length of the catheter indwelling duration and hospitalization were recorded and compared.PFDI-20,PFIQ-7,PSIQ-12,the above three questionnaire were used to see whether there is a significant difference among the two groups one year postoperatively.In addition,the incidence of complications within one year after surgery was followed.Result: The treatment-related and hospitalization indicators we care about of the patients treated with pelvic reconstructive surgery were lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in preoperative scores of three questionnaires(P>0.05),postoperatively,the scores of PFDI-20 and PFIQ-7 were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).None of the 152 patients experienced a recurrence of prolapse throughout the first year after surgery.Severe patients had postoperative complications,but the between-group variance was nonsense(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.For women with moderate or severe pelvic organ prolapse,both of pelvic reconstruction surgery and vaginal hysterectomy have been proved to be effective.2.Compared with vaginal hysterectomy,the surgery-related indicators postoperative satisfaction of patients underwent pelvic reconstructive surgery are better,so personally I recommend it more.3.Pelvic reconstructive surgery for moderate or severe prolapse,can effectively restore and enhance the pelvic floor support structure and function while preserving the uterus,furthermore it can improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients,the effect is worthy of affirmation.
