| Research purposes:According to director Wang Yan’s prescription of Chinese medicine for clinical treatment of ventricular premature beats,data mining and analysis are performed after the prescription data is entered,and the tutor’s medication rules for ventricular premature beats are presented as intuitively as possible,and the empirical formula is formulated.To provide medication basis for later clinical research,combined with the tutor’s clinical dialectical thinking,analyze the tutor’s observation of the curative effect of Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndrome.Research method:By using "SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 24" for data mining analysis.The research data is from September 2019 to September 2020.The outpatient treatment of ventricular premature contraction patients who were mainly treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction was in the outpatient clinic of Chief Physician Wang Yan,Department of Cardiology,Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine.And the exclusion criteria,a total of 115 people,included their clinical prescriptions.Use data mining to perform data analysis on the included prescriptions,count high-frequency drugs,analyze association rules and cluster analysis of three aspects of prescription experience and drug characteristics,and discuss and summarize the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Through statistical analysis using "SPSS Statistics 24",the research objects were from the outpatient and ward of the Department of Cardiology of the Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine.60 patients with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome who met ventricular premature contractions were randomly grouped.Methods: Patients were divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets 47.5mg/tablet,once a day,and the treatment group was given 300 ml of self-made prescription on the basis of the treatment of the control group,twice in the morning and evening,and the treatment course of both groups was 4 weeks.For the patients before and after treatment,the individual scores of TCM syndromes,the total scores,the number of ventricular premature beats on 24-hour dynamic ECG,and the curative effect were analyzed,and the corresponding research results were obtained.Research result:Experiment 1: Basic patient information: Most of the patients in the clinic are women.Most of the patients are aged between 24 and 60.The peak time of onset starts in July and rises to December,and then gradually decreases in January,which is in the twenty-four solar terms.The number of first visits was mostly heavy snow,light snow,winter solstice,and cold dew solar terms.High-frequency drugs: the top 20 from high to low are Chuanxiong,Salvia,Poria,Keel,Oyster,Red Peony,Fushen,Baiziren,Safflower,Shouwu Vine,Gastrodia,Sour Date Seed,Cork,Scutellaria,Scutellaria Ren,mother-of-pearl,atractylodes,codonopsis,astragalus.In the classification of drugs,tranquilizers,clearing away heat,tonic,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,calming liver and extinguishing wind,promoting qi,promoting diuresis and dampness,and antidote.Instructors treat ventricular premature beats with cold,warm,and calming drugs.Among the drugs,bitter,sweet,and pungent drugs are commonly used.The liver,stomach,heart,spleen,and kidney channels are particularly common in the meridian.Compatibility of commonly used medicines: Gualou-Scallion White;Gastrodia-Uncaria;Poria-Alstroemeria;Keel-Oyster;Phellodendron-Phalaenopsis;Amomum villosum-Agarwood;Angelica-Asarum;Pinellia-Tangerine Peel;Poria-Sour Date Seed;Chuanxiong-Salvia-red peony root-safflower.The new clustering prescriptions are:prescription 1: keel,oyster,mother-of-pearl,amethyst,Bai Ziren,lotus seed heart;prescription 2: Codonopsis,Atractylodes,Fushen,Astragalus,Angelica,Shouwu vine,Albizia julibrissin,Sour date seed,Polygala;Prescription 3: Scrophulariaceae,Taizishen,Schisandra,Licorice;Prescription 4: Gualou,Scallion White,Xiaotongcao,Red Peony,Safflower,Chuanxiong,Salvia,Scorpion,Floating Wheat;Prescription 5: Gastrodia,Uncaria,Niu Knee,Phellodendron,Pinellia,Poria,Tangerine Peel,Coix Seed;Prescription 6: Amomum villosum,Agarwood,Cyperus rot,White Peony,Coptis,Corydalis,Bupleurum.Experiment 2: In general patient data,there are differences in gender and age,which are not statistically significant(p>0.05)and are comparable.Comparison of TCM syndromes:(1)In the single integration of TCM syndromes,there was no significant difference in curative effect on chest tightness,shortness of breath,and dizziness between the two groups of patients after treatment(p>0.05);the control group had sweat syndrome and five upset fever after treatment,Insomnia,dizziness,dry mouth(p>0.05),the treatment effect of the above syndromes is not significant;the treatment group is for dizziness(p<0.05),palpitations,chest tightness,fatigue,shortness of breath,sweat syndrome,five upset fever,insomnia,There was a significant difference in thirst(p>0.05),indicating that after combined treatment with Chinese and Western medicine,the treatment group had a significant improvement in symptoms other than dizziness.(2)In the total score and curative effect of TCM syndromes,the total score reduction of the control group before and after treatment was 3.51,and the total effective rate was 46.7%;the total reduction value of the treatment group before and after treatment was 12.37,and the total effective rate was 80.0%.The total score after treatment(p<0.05)indicates that the therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes in the treatment group is better than that in the control group.Comparison of dynamic electrocardiogram(1)In the comparison of the total number of ventricular premature beats,both groups improved the total number of ventricular premature beats(p<0.05).Compared with the reduction of ventricular premature beats,the control group was 871.19 times and the treatment group was 1648.81 times.,The reduction value was significantly higher than that of the control group.(2)In the comparison of the efficacy of the frequency of ventricular premature beats,the control group was 70.0% and the treatment group was 86.7%,indicating that the treatment group was more effective in reducing the frequency of ventricular premature beats.Analysis conclusion:1.For female patients,the instructor mainly replenishes qi and yin,soothes the liver and nourishes blood;before the age of 60,replenishes the spleen,and then replenishes the liver and kidney;according to the seasonal climate change,the instructor will increase or decrease according to the syndrome,reflecting the instructor’s treatment according to the time.Appropriate diagnosis and treatment methods are mostly based on warming yang,decoction,dispelling cold,and moisturizing products,taking into account the effects of transporting phlegm,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.2.Commonly used tranquilizers are Longgu and Fushen,heat-clearing drugs are Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,red peony root;tonic drugs are Codonopsis and Atractylodes,blood promoting and blood stasis removing drugs are Chuanxiong and Salvia miltiorrhiza,liver and wind-relieving drugs are oyster and gastrodia elata,and Qi-promoting drugs are Tangerine peel,the medicine for diuresis and soaking dampness is Poria.Cold,warm,and flat are commonly used drugs for the treatment of this disease.Among the five flavors,bitter,sweet,and pungent drugs are commonly used drugs,and the liver,stomach,heart,spleen,and kidney channels are common drugs to return to the meridian.The effects of the new prescription are summarized as follows:prescription 1 is for calming the mind and soothe the nerves and clearing the heart and fire;prescription 2 is for strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi,nourishing the heart and calming the nerves;prescription 3 is for nourishing yin and promoting fluid;prescription 4 is for promoting yang Resolve turbidity,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis;prescription 5 is the power of promoting spleen and dampness,and suppressing liver yang;prescription 6 is the power of soothing the liver and regulating qi,regulating qi and regulating the middle energy.2.In clinical observation,through the application of self-made prescriptions,the clinical symptoms of central palpitations,chest tightness,shortness of breath,fatigue,sweating,five upset fever,insomnia,and thirst of the TCM syndrome were significantly improved after treatment,and the symptoms were improved in In Holter examination,the number of ventricular premature beats is significantly reduced,and the effect of improving the symptoms of the disease and
