Clinical Research On Phlegm-heat Stasis Syndrome Of Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease Treated With Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pills

Purpose:To evaluate the effectiveness of Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pills in treating stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(phlegm-heat stasis syndrome),we observe the Treadmill Exercise Test,symptom score,pain frequency,pain degree,duration,dosage of Nitroglycerin and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes score.We also observe Electrocardiogram efficacy and Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ)in the experiment.Methods:In this study,a randomized,double-blind,placebo-parallel control,multi-center clinical observation was conducted to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shexiang Tongxin dropping pills in treating stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(phlegm-heat stasis syndrome)by the Treadmill Exercise Test,symptom score,pain frequency,pain degree,duration,dosage of Nitroglycerin and TCM syndromes score.The subjects were in line with the diagnosis criteria of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in western medicine,and in line with the phlegm-heat stasis syndrome in TCM,and aged between 18 and 70 years.A total of306 cases were included,with 153 cases in drop pill group and Shexiang Tongxin dropping pills placebo group,and the treatment course was 56 days.Evaluation of curative effect indexes: Treadmill Exercise Test,the observation was made on the day of randomization and the 56 th day of randomization.Score of angina symptoms:symptom score,pain frequency,pain degree,duration,dosage of Nitroglycerin,the observation was made on the day of randomization,before medication,28 days after medication,and 56 days after medication..Electrocardiogram : The change of ST-T was observed and recorded before medication,28 days after medication,and 56 days after medication..SAQ: the observation was recorded before medication,28 days after medication,and 56 days after medication.Using SPSS22.0 statistical analysis software:the measurement data was statistically described through mean ± standard deviation,and the comparison before and after treatment was performed by Paired Sample T test or Paired Sample Rank Sum test.The frequency(constituent ratio)was used for statistical description of counting card.Chi-square test or non-parametric test was used for comparison before and after treatment.The statistical significance was taken as two sides(P ≤ 0.05)to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shexiang-Tongxin Dropping Pills in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(phlegm-heat stasis syndrome).Results:Through experiment study,using Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pills treat stable angina pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease(phlegm-heat stasis syndrom),treatment group curative effect is better than the control group,compared withcurative effect in Treadmill Exercise Test,Score of angina symptoms,pain frequency,pain degree,duration,dosage of Nitroglycerin,TCM syndromes score and SAQ.These indicators have significant differences(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the decrease range and improvement of ST-segment of ECG between the two groups.Conclusion:Shexiang Tongxin dropping pills are effective in treating stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(phlegm-heat stasis syndrom).Shexiang Tongxin dropping pills can improve the patients’ Treadmill Exercise Test,and improve the overall exercise tolerance.Improve angina pain degree,duration,frequency of attack,reduce the use of nitroglycerin and improve TCM syndromes score,in order to improve the quality of life.
