Study On The Compatibility Rule Of Aconite Root And Radix Paeoniae In Treating Arthralgia Syndrome

Objective:Aconitum carmichaeli and Radix Paeoniae Alba are commonly used in the treatment of arthralgia syndrome.The combination of Aconitum carmichaeli and Radix Paeoniae Alba has the effects of dispersing cold and relieving pain,warming spleen yang,softening liver and nourishing blood.It can be used to treat Bi syndrome and get good effect.The tutor is good at using the pair of aconite root and white peony root,and combined with other drugs to treat all kinds of arthralgia syndrome flexibly,and has accumulated rich clinical experience.In this paper,through literature review,systematic collection and analysis of Clinical Prescriptions for the treatment of arthralgia,we summarized the compatibility and clinical experience of the tutor in the treatment of arthralgia syndrome by using Paeonia lactiflora and aconite root,so as to better provide basis and ideas for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of arthralgia syndrome,prescription and medication,and enrich the clinical content of arthralgia syndrome.Method:1.In the first part,through literature review,this paper expounds the ancient and modern physicians’ understanding of Paeonia lactiflora and aconite in removing arthralgia and relieving pain;Objective to summarize the significance of compatibility of Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata;Combined with the tutor’s clinical experience,this paper summarizes the tutor’s theoretical basis for the treatment of arthralgia syndrome by using Paeonia lactiflora and aconite;Objective to summarize the application of Aconitum carmichaeli Radix Paeoniae Alba pair in each syndrome type.2.In the second part,through collecting and sorting out the prescriptions of the tutor in the Department of Nephrology and rheumatology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2020 to February 2021,with the help of "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform" system(v2.5),data mining was carried out to analyze and summarize the compatibility and medication rules of the tutor in the treatment of arthralgia syndrome by using the prescriptions containing Paeonia Radix Aconiti pair,To explore the compatibility of Paeonia lactiflora Radix Aconiti and other drugs,so as to better summarize the idea of treating arthralgia syndrome with Paeonia lactiflora Radix Aconiti,so as to enrich and provide more effective methods for clinical treatment of arthralgia syndrome.Result:In the first part,through literature research,we realized that both Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Aconiti Lateralis lateralis lateralis lateralis Lateralis Preparata have the effect of removing arthralgia and relieving pain,harmonizing Ying and Wei,tonifying liver and kidney,supplementing qi and blood,transporting spleen and resolving dampness,promoting stagnation and diuresis,etc Combined with clinical symptoms,the application of Fuzi Baishao pair,combined with other drugs,can be applied to different types of arthralgia syndrome.In the second part,we used the "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform" system to excavate and analyze the clinical prescriptions,including 524 prescriptions of treating arthralgia syndrome with Paeonia lactiflora and aconite,involving 204 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.The results are as follows:1.The drug properties of prescriptions containing Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata are mainly warm and flat;the taste is mainly sweet,bitter and pungent;the meridian tropism is mainly liver and spleen meridians.2.The top ten drugs were Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Radix Astragali,Radix stephaniae,Radix Angelicae sinensis,Poriacocos,Rhizoma Polygoni Multiflori,Rhizoma Corydalis,Rhizoma Smilacis.3.The top five drugs were tonic drugs,heat clearing drugs,wind dampness removing drugs,blood activating and stasis removing drugs,diuretic and dampness infiltrating drugs.4.Explore the high-frequency compatibility combination of Radix Aconiti Alba Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Aconiti Alba Ramulus Cinnamomi,Radix Aconiti Alba Radix Astragali,Radix Aconiti Alba Fangji,Radix Aconiti Alba Radix Angelicae sinensis,Radix Aconiti Alba Poria cocos,Radix Aconiti Alba Rhizoma,Radix Aconiti Alba yanhusuo,Radix Aconiti Alba Poria cocos,Radix Aconiti Alba Rhizoma Verbenae,etc.5.In addition to Aconitum carmichaeli Radix Paeoniae Alba,potential drug pairs include Caulis sargentodontis Scutellariae,Caulis Lonicerae patriniae,Caulis Lonicerae Scopariae,Smilax glabra,Herba Epimedii cinnamomi,Verbena Polygonum cuspidatum,Caulis Lonicerae Rubia,Smilax glabra,Rhizoma Verbena cinnamomi.Conclusion:1.Both Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata have the function of removing arthralgia and relieving pain.Their compatibility has the functions of dredging collaterals and relieving pain,harmonizing Ying and Wei,tonifying liver and kidney,supplementing qi and blood,transporting spleen and resolving dampness,and promoting stagnation and diuresis.2.The tutor focused on differentiation of cold and heat,deficiency and excess,and combined with clinical symptoms.The clinical syndrome differentiation was wind cold dampness syndrome,heat toxin obstruction syndrome,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.Based on the characteristics of liver and kidney qi deficiency syndrome,the tutor applied aconite white peony to strengthen the body and dispel evil,through compatibility,tonifying and clearing heat Drugs such as anti rheumatism,anti rheumatism,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,diuresis and dampness were used in different types of arthralgia syndrome.3.With the help of "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform" system,it is found that the most common compatibility drugs of Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Aconiti Lateralis pair are licorice,astragalus,angelica and other tonic drugs,and the compatibility significance lies in the necessity for use,so as to enhance the tonic effect of Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Aconiti Lateralis pair.It reflects the pathogenesis characteristics of arthralgia syndrome based on Zheng Xu.4.With the help of "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform" system,the potential drug pairs other than Radix Paeoniae Alba aconite pair were explored.The drug composition is mainly heat clearing,tonic and Wenli drugs.According to their compatibility purposes,they can be divided into two categories: Quxie and Quxie Fuzheng.Quxie drugs are used to remove blood stasis and heat in the body,which is intended to dampen the potential of pathogenic toxin and relieve symptoms;Quxie Fuzheng drugs are used in the combination of blood stasis and heat and Zhengxu,which is intended to tonify healthy qi and dispel pathogenic factors.It reflects that the tutor pays attention to the influence of "toxin evil" in the development of arthralgia syndrome,and pays attention to eliminating toxin evil in treatment.
