| Cervicogenic headache refers to the headache caused by cervical lesions.Clinical studies have shown that this headache is often caused by organic or functional lesions of the cervical vertebra or neck soft tissue,with chronic,unilateral head pain as the main clinical manifestation of the syndrome.The prevalence of CEH varies greatly in different reports,and CEH shows a younger trend,so it has been paid more and more attention.However,a controversial issue is how to diagnose cervicogenic headache.Some neuroscientists insist that this kind of headache can be diagnosed according to clinical characteristics,while others do not believe in the effectiveness of this diagnosis,and the international diagnostic criteria are not consistent.In order to further clarify the diagnosis of cervicogenic headache,we review the literature on the epidemiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,auxiliary examination and research progress of cervicogenic headache. |
