| Objective:To analyze the relationship between cervical lymph node metastasis and the invasive site of SGLC,as well as the clinicopathological features,so as to provide some valuable data for improving the ability to predict cervical lymph node metastasis of SGLC.Methods:To analyze the relationship between cervical lymph node metastasis and the invasive site of SGLC,as well as the clinicopathological features,so as to provide some valuable data for improving the ability to predict cervical lymph node metastasis of SGLC.Results:Among the 91 patients with SGLC,43 patients had cervical lymph node metastasis and 48 patients had no cervical lymph node metastasis. The cervical metastasis rate of poorly differentiated carcinoma was 61.9%(13/21),that of moderately differentiated carcinoma was 48.3%(28/58),and that of highly differentiated carcinoma was 16.7%(2/12)(χ~2=6.337,P<0.05).The invasion rates of aryepiglottic fold and laryngeal ventricle in the cervical metastasis group were 62.8%(27/43)and 58.1%(25/43),respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the non-cervical metastasis group(P<0.05).The invasion of epiglottis, aryepiglottic fold and laryngeal ventricle by SGLC were the risk factors of cervical lymph node metastasis, while the invasion of ventricular zone was not the risk factor of cervical lymph node metastasis. Conclusion:SGLC with cervical lymph node metastasis has strong local invasiveness,in which the invasion of aryepiglottic fold and laryngeal ventricle is an important feature. The occurrence of cervical lymph node metastasis in patients with SGLC is related to the invasion of epiglottis, aryepiglottic fold and laryngeal ventricle. |
