Objective: To systematically evaluate the correlation between T1 mapping quantitative indexes[(native T1 and ECV)] and the degree of diffuse myocardial fibrosis(DMF)by using Meta-analysis.Methods: Chinese and English literatures involving correlation between T1 mapping quantitative indexes(native T1 and ECV)and DMF published in Pub Med,Cochrane Library,Medline,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang database before September 2019 were searched systematically.QUADAS-2 was used to assess the quality of the included studies. The correlation coefficient r value of each included study wes extracted and statistically analyzed by Stata 15.0statistical software. Results: Totally,11 studies were enrolled.Native T1 was moderately correlated with the degree of DMF(r=0.54,P=0.00,95%CI:0.41-0.65),while ECV was strongly correlated with the degree of DMF(r=0.62,P=0.00,95%CI:0.54-0.69).Conclusion: Native T1 and ECV have a good correlation with the degree of DMF,and T1 mapping can be used to noninvasively evaluate DMF in the early stage and guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.
