| Objective: Exploring the changes in patients’ anxiety and depression levels before and after individual treatment based on dialectical behavior therapy and the changes in non-suicidal self-injury behavior levels, providing a theoretical basis for the further exploration and application of dialectical behavior therapy. Methods: Selected 30 cases of depressed adolescents with non-suicidal self-injury admitted to the outpatient and inpatient department from July2019 to March 2021 in the Department of Psychiatry,The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University and the Mental Health Center of University-Town Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. The study subjects were randomly divided into a study group and a control group. The control group received only sertraline drug treatment. The study group received a 6-week dialectical behavior therapy psychotherapy on the basis of drug treatment. Before and after treatment, use the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and Ottawa Self-Injury Scale(OSI)to assess the severity of their anxiety and depression and non-suicidal self-injury behavior. And use the second edition of the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire(AAQ-II)to assess the level of empirical avoidance.SPSS22.0 was used for data analysis such as descriptive statistics,t test, analysis of variance and chi-square test.Result:(1)The scores of the self-rating anxiety scale and the self-rating depression scale of the study group were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.01).(2)After treatment, there was a significant difference between the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale and the self-rating depression scale of the study group and the control group(P<0.01).(3)After treatment, the chi-square test results of non-suicidal self-harm of the study group and control group showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the non-suicidal self-harm of the two groups(P<0.01).(4)After treatment, the rank sum test results of the resistance level of non-suicidal self-injury in the study group and the control group showed that the difference in resistance level of the two groups of subjects was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)Empirical avoidance has a significant mediating effect in the process of dialectical behavior therapy. Conclusion: Dialectical behavior therapy can significantly alleviate the anxiety and depression of depressed teenagers with non-suicidal self-harm,increase the level of resistance to non-suicidal self-harm,reduce the occurrence of non-suicidal self-harm,and help patients restore social function, improve the quality of life. |
