| Objective: To investigate the effect on ventricular arrhythmia after using Sacubitril/Valsartan in heart failure patients.Methods: We reviewed the patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 2019 to December 2020.All of them were treated with Sacubitril/Valsartan.Search their medical data and analyze the changes after medication.We applied the paired sample t test,the Wilcoxon Signed Rank where appropriate.P<0.05 means statistically significant.Results: The Left ventricular ejection fraction and serum potassium increased with statistical significance.The average of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,NT-pro BNP and Ccr showed a decreasing trend.There was no significant difference in various ECG parameters and Myerburg classification after medication.Conclusion: 1 the LVEF and serum potassium increased after administration of S/V.2 the effect of S/V on ventricular arrhythmia is uncertain in our study.3 The sample size of this study is not enough,and the results are not representative,so it is necessary to enhance the follow-up work and enlarge the sample size in order to get more representative results. |
