Clinical Observation On Persistent Postural-perceptual Dizziness (PPPD) With Method Of Simultaneous Regulation Of The Body And Spirit Acupuncture

Objective:observe the clinical effect of acupuncture with simultaneous regulation of the body and spiritt on PPPDMethods:60 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with VRT,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture+VRT.The two groups were scored by HDI,HAMD and HAMA before and after treatment,and the curative effects of the two groups were observed.Result:1.before treatment,there was no significant difference in gender,age and symptoms between the two groups(p > 0.05).2.After treatment,the scores of DHI and HAMA between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05),while the scores of HAMD were statistically significant(P > 0.05).3.The scores of the two groups before and after treatment were significantly higher than those in the group(P < 0.01).4.The decrease of DHI and HAMD scores before and after treatment between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.01).The decrease of HAMA scale score was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by the scale,P < 0.01,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture with simultaneous regulation of the body and spirit combined with VRT and simple VRT are effective in treating PPPD.2.Acupuncture with simultaneous regulation of the body and spirit combined with VRT and simple VRT can improve vertigo symptoms of PPPD patients,and the effect of acupuncture with simultaneous regulation of the body and spirit combined with VRT is more obvious than simple VRT.3.Both acupuncture with simultaneous regulation of the body and spirit combined with VRT and simple VRT can improve the depressive symptoms of PPPD patients.Compared with simple VRT,acupuncture with simultaneous regulation of the body and spirit combined with VRT has more obvious therapeutic effect.4.Acupuncture with simultaneous regulation of the body and spirit combined with VRT and simple VRT can improve the anxiety symptoms of PPPD patients,and the effect of acupuncture with simultaneous regulation of the body and spirit combined with VRT is more obvious than simple VRT.
