| Objective:Taking TCM Syndrome Score and Anxiety Scale scores as the clinical outcome,the clinical efficacy and safety of Huoxue Jieyu Decoction on patients with stable angina(qi stagnation and blood stasis)combined with anxiety state were analyzed.Methods:From June 2020 to February 2021,60 patients who were diagnosed with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)in the Cardiovascular Outpatient Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected,and 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected SPSS 20.0 was used to randomly divide 30 cases into a control group and receive conventional basic western medicine treatment combined with cognitive behavioral therapy;30 cases in the treatment group were treated with Huoxue Jieyu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment course of both groups was 28 days.Compare the patients’ TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,the degree of improvement of angina pectoris,the rate of nitroglycerin stop and decrease,SAQ,HAMA,ECG curative effect,PSQI changes.All data in this subject are statistically analyzed using SPSS20.0 to observe the treatment effect.Results:1.TCM syndrome score:After treatment,the total scores of clinical TCM syndromes of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than before(P<0.01);and the scores of patients in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).In terms of the total effective rate of TCM syndromes,the control group was 63.33%,and the treatment group was 80.00%.The treatment group was more significant in improving the scores of TCM symptoms(P<0.05).2.The improvement degree of angina pectoris and the stopping and decreasing rate of nitroglycerin:the angina symptom scores of patients in both groups decreased to a certain extent,and the total effective rates of the two groups were 70.00%and 86.66%,respectively.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the symptoms of clinical angina pectoris(P<0.05).After treatment,the stopping and decreasing rates of nitroglycerin in the two groups were 53.33%and 76.67%respectively.Compared with the control group,the dosage of nitroglycerin in the treatment group was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.SAQ:After treatment,the five major points of SAQ of patients in the treatment group increased compared with the previous,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the three small items of patients in the treatment group,such as steady state,seizure status,and treatment satisfaction,improved significantly,The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Hama:The HAMA scores of the two groups of patients changed before and after treatment,but the HAMA scores of the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05),and the HAMA scores of the two groups were 70.00%and 86.67%,respectively.The treatment group was more effective in improving the anxiety of the patients.It is effective(P<0.05).5.Comparison of ECG efficacy:after treatment,the total effective rate of ECG in the two groups was 66.67%and 83.33%respectively,and the improvement of ECG in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).6.PSQI:there was a significant difference in PSQI score before and after treatment.Compared with the control group,the treatment group was more effective in improving patients’ sleep status(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Huoxue Jieyu recipe can effectively improve the TCM clinical syndrome and angina pectoris symptoms of patients with stable angina pectoris complicated with anxiety,effectively reduce the utilization rate of nitroglycerin,and significantly improve the ECG of patients.2.Huoxue Jieyu recipe can reduce the anxiety score of patients with stable angina pectoris complicated with anxiety,improve their sleep quality,reduce anxiety symptoms and improve their quality of life. |
