Observation On The Curative Effect Of Seif-Made Liangxue Jiedu Decoction In The Treatment Of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura (Syndrome Of Blood-Heat Delusion) In Children

Objective:Objective: To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura(syndrome of blood-heat delusion)treated by external washing of self-made Liangxue Jiedu decoction,this study objectively evaluated the efficacy of this prescription,andexplored the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura.Methods:A total of 61 children were randomly divided into treatment group(31cases)and control group(30cases).Two groups were treated with basic treatment of oral western medicine,the children in the treatment group were treated with self-made Liangxue Jiedu decoction fumigation,twice a day,2weeks as a course of treatment.In the course of treatment,due to the loss of contact,1case lost in the treatment group and none case lost in the control group.Finally,60 samples were completed in this study,namely 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the group.Results:1.After two weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group and 70.00 % in the control group,after rank sum test,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.Comparing the two groups before and after treatment,the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores were significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group,after t-test,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.After treatment,the skin rash regression time of the two groups was compared,P<0.05,the treatment group was better than the control group;Compared the relief time of joint swelling and pain between the two groups,P<0.05,the treatment group was better than the control group.4.The researcher followed up the cured children for 3 months,1 case of recurrence in the treatment group,therecurrence rate was 12.5%,2cases of recurrence in the control froup,the recurrence rate was 50%,by rank sum test,P<0.05,the recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion:1.The self-made Liangxue Jiedu decoction external washing can effectively relieve the symptoms and signs of children with Henoch-Schonl-ein purpura(syndrome of blood-heat delusion),and the treatment effect is better than that of the control group.2.The self-made Liangxue Jiedu decoction external washing is batter than the control group in reducing the recurrence rate of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura.
