Clinical Affects Observation Of Litong Wendan Decoction In Treaating Function Abdominal Pain In Children With Syndrome Of Spleen And Stomach Damp-Heat

Objective:The aim of the study is to explore the clinical observation of Litong Wendan Decoction in treating function abdominal pain in children with syndrome of spleen and stomach damp-heat of 66 children,the total effective rate and the changes in the primary and secondary symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment were counted and analyzed,to discuss the clinical efficiency of Litong Wendan Decoction in the treatment of children with functional abdominal pain of spleen and stomach damp-heat,as well as sum up experience.so as to provide effective prescriptions for the treatment of the disease by traditional chinese medicine(TCM).Methods:By using random number table method,the 66 cases of outpatients who corresponds with the diagnostic criteria were divided into treatment group and control group,with 33 cases per group.The remaining 62 children finished the clinical research.The treatment group was given the mentor’s self-made traditional Chinese medicine Litong Wendan Decoction orally,and the control group was given the bifidobacterium triple viable capsule(Pefekang).Took 2 weeks as a course of treatment(1 course of treatmen).During the research,children in both groups were given reasonable diet,and forbidden to eat raw and cold food,greasy and spicy products.After treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups were observed,and the changes in the scores of major and minor symptoms,and statistical analysis was performed.The follow-up was performed 1 month after the drug was discontinued,and calculating the recurrence rate.Results:1.The comparison of general conditions:After chi-square test,independent sample t test and non-parametric test,there was no visible difference in gender,age,and course of disease between the two groups of children(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.The comparison of the overall clinical efficacy:After two weeks of treatment,treatment group’s total effective rate was 93.55%,and the control group was 77.42%.After Chi-square test(X~2)analysis,P=0.04(P<0.05),which indicates that the difference was statistically significant.Compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better.3.The comparison of total TCM syndrome scores:After two weeks of treatment,two groups were compared between groups and within groups.After non-parametric test,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the improvement of TCM syndrome scores,the two groups are all effective,but the treatment group has improved significantly compared with the control group.4.The comparison of the scores of the major and minor symptoms of TCM:After 2 weeks of treatment,the total scores of primary and secondary symptoms and individual symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared between and within groups.After non-parametric tests,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group and the control group have visible differences in the improvement of major and minor symptoms of TCM,and the treatment group has an advantage over the control group.Conclusions:1.Litong Wendan Decoction has an excellent curative effect in treating the functional abdominal pain with syndrome of spleen and stomach damp-heat of children,the primary and secondary certificates can be improved significantly.2.Litong Wendan Decoction alleviate the total points and single points of the major symptoms(the degree,number and time of abdominal pain)and minor symptoms(loss of appetite,abdominal distension,chest tightness,thirsy but drink less,)better than the control group.
